Exclusive semi-detached house in the picturesque and relaxed Lenggries in the Isarwinkel.

The house has a large and a small kitchen, each with a microwave / grill and refrigerator with 2 drawers for frozen food

The ground floor is bath / shower / washing machine / dryer, small kitchen, living / dining room and terrace with sun protection.

The first floor is equipped with a large living / dining room, large kitchen with dishwasher and toilet.
In the 2. Upstairs there is a shower room, 2x bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. We have 2x balcony and a patio in front of the entrance.

There are 1x parking space (limited in winter) and 1x garage available.

Perfectly equipped vacation home

We spent very nice winter days with a second family with 5 children. The house is very quiet on the outskirts of the village, but the gondola can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The house is very clean and very well equipped. We would love to come back.

Alles sauber ,ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier,und Küchengeräte vorhanden ,gute Matrazen,nur der Duschkopf in der Obersten Etage könnte besser sein manchmal kam während des duschen nicht ausreichend Wasser,vermutlich wenn ganz unten einer Wasser laufen lässt ansonsten alles super

Zum Wohlfühlen

Das Ferienhaus war für unsere Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen die perfekte Unterkunft. Der geräumige Wohn -/Essbereich bot viel Platz für das gemeinsame Essen und gemütliche Zusammensitzen. Auch mit den vier Schlafzimmern, den zwei Badezimmern und der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche waren wir sehr zufrieden. Für Fahrräder steht eine abschließbare Garage bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Vermieter wurde alles Organisatorische im Vorfeld geregelt, hat auch gut geklappt.

Viel Platz, sehr sauber, schöne Lage

Wir haben die Osterfeiertage mit 7 erwachsenen Personen dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber, die Küche super ausstaffiert und die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet hat uns gut gefallen. Lenggries und einige Wanderrouten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation!

Skiurlaub in Lenggries

Wir verbrachten eine Skiurlaubs-Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber schnell sind alle wichtigen Orte (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ortskern, Talstation) erreichbar.Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und es fehlte uns an nichts. In Sachen Sauberkeit gab es auch keinerlei Beanstandungen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war nett und unkompliziert und der Check-In problemlos.Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Fußläufig ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber und eine tolle Aussicht. Wer Wander will oder einfach nur seine Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder, das Ferienhaus war für uns wie zu Hause, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ausflüge in jede Richtung durch die Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Türschloss ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Als kleinen Tipp bitte die Gästekarten nicht mit in Geschäfte nehmen. Die lösen immer den Alarm aus und wer kann sollte die Garage nehmen, denn wir hatten ein Unwetter mit Hagel und nun sieht mein Auto aus wie ein fahrender Golfball. Aber die Natur hat uns dafür entschädigt und zum Wandern und diverse Möglichkeiten ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt,
