Host was friendly and had great communication which made me feel very comfortable. The property was clean and well equipped. Space does get very warm without ac (august), but we learned if you leave the front door slightly open and the sliding door open the breeze flows through and cools the place down rather quickly.

Great property and very good location , parking my truck was tight the clearance is only 6’6” so barely made it in the garage but no big deal , just thought I would share! Overall everything was as described and more , the view is amazing from the windows I think the best view we ever had staying by the ocean on previous stays! Thank you to Rowena for the seamless check in and the communication.

Great place, easy to maneuver around and get to beach. Great place to hang out and with no need to leave, but also a good central location between downtown and La Jolla/del mar areas!

Relaxing by the sea

Beautiful and comfortable condo! We loved sitting looking out the window watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. Looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The property was just as advertised. A wonderful place to stay with a fantastic view and comfy furniture. The location was perfect on Pacific Beach and walkable to many restaurants. We loved watching the surfers and the dolphins everyday.

Perfect location, amazing view

This property is so wonderful and the location couldn't be better. We checked in at 3pm and were on the beach by 3:30pm. The condo is well stocked with all the stuff you need for the beach - chairs, beach towels, a big tote to carry stuff, so it was so easy to just grab it and go. The host was super responsive, communication was great, condo was spotlessly clean. Would absolutely stay here again.
