Bright apartment with loft character
Independent check-in from 3pm to 8pm.
No check-in possible after 8pm.
This bright, 51 m2, very quiet loft apartment in a house with four residential units, is the ideal starting point for your stay in the Ruhr area. It is suitable for business people and early booking for students who need to spend a semester in another city.
The original layout of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower.
In the sleeping area a double bed 1.8 mx 2.0 m with spacious walk-in closet.
The comfortable living area is equipped with cable TV, AmazonePrime Stick and Wi-Fi.
The dining area connects directly to the fitted kitchen.
Due to the o. A. Equipment, the apartment is also suitable for longer stays.
We are even regular apartment bookers and have therefore made every effort in the offered apartment to provide what we have missed in booked apartment.
Bed linen, towels, hair dryer are provided. Coffee, tea and mineral water are available to the guests as first aid.
The apartment has a free car parking space.
The inventory includes a laptop with black and white printer, iron and ironing board.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und 1a ausgestattet.
Einziges Manko war für uns die Raumtemperatur. Diese ist festgelegt auf 20°. Dies war bei einer Außentemperatur von -2° sehr ungemütlich. Wir haben eigentlich immer gefroren, da halfen auch die bereitgelegten Decken kaum. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Ruhige Lage mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Die Wohnung ist rundum gut eingerichtet, vom Laptop über den Amazon-Fire-TV-Stic, touristische Karten und Informationsmaterial, dem Kühlschrank mit integriertem Eisfach, Regenschirm usw. bis zu ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, sowie zur Begrüßung eine bereitgestellte Flasche Mineralwasser. Als Loftwohnung befindet sie sich direkt unter dem Dach, was bei sommerlicher Witterung (im Vergleich zu tiefergelegenen Wohnungen) erwartungsgemäß zu höheren Innentemperaturen führt, ein Ventilator stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Außenliegende Rolläden sind nicht vorhanden. Die Geschirrspülmaschine meldete ich der Vermieterin als defekt, so dass ich von Hand zu spülen hatte, was aber auch kein "Beinbruch" darstellte. Ideal auch die kurze Entfernung mit ca. 150 Meter zur Bushaltestelle und einem Supermarkt.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, und die Wohnungs-Übergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert.
Man kann diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen...
