Quiet, well-kept, tastefully and modern furnished attic apartment (west side) in the landscape protection area in the south of Essen. Ideal as a starting point for hiking and biking tours or as a quiet oasis for business trips to the Ruhr area. Idyllic location in the countryside directly on the Neanderlandsteig trail. 3 km to the Baldeneysee. Large and cozy living-dining-kitchen, separate sleeping alcove and high-quality bath. 50 sqm area. WLAN, washing machine & dryer, Non smoking apartment, no party guests! Also ideal as an apartment for students of the nearby power plant school Essen Kupferdreh (only 1.3 km walk).
Our house was renovated in 2005 and insulated according to the latest standards - the apartment itself was completely gutted in 2010 and redesigned. At the same time, water and electricity pipes were renewed.
Further information
We live in the landscape protection area and therefore the nature protection has a high value for us. Avoid garbage and unnecessary noise and keep our environment clean in the beautiful nature. In the apartment you get 100% green electricity from Lichtblick!

Gemütliche Wohnung zum Entspannen
Wir haben ein schönes, ländlich gelegenes Haus angetroffen, wurden von einem freundlichen Vermieter in die Wohnung geführt und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was zur Selbstversorgung nötig ist und sie ist absolut gemütlich. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit sehr genossen mit dem Wissen, dass die Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen, zu kulturellen Veranstaltungen und Ausflugszielen sehr gut zu erreichen sind.

Nicole und Christian sind sehr nette Vermieter und helfen einem jederzeit.
Durch ihre Nähe zur Kraftwerksschule ist die Wohnung eine schöne Unterkunft für Kursteilnehmer.
