Die Ferienwohnung ist im Außenbereich von Siegsdorf Richtung Ruhpolding gelegen. In nächster Nähe befinden sich eine Langlaufloipe in Eisenärzt und in Rudhard (mit Flutlicht). Das Café Bistro Papillon, sowie die Bus und Bahnhaltestelle Haltepunkt Höpfling sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit Bus und Bahn sind die Orte Ruhpolding und Traunstein sowie Salzburg oder der Chiemsee auch ohne PKW gut zu erreichen. Die Regionalverbindung nach Traunstein, Ruhpolding, Waging, Garching können Sie mit der Gästekarte beliebig oft kostenfrei nutzen.
Die 70 qm Maisonette verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche mit Essecke sowie das nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohnzimmer mit Süd-/Südostterrasse. Über eine Holztreppe gelangt man in das 1. Obergeschoss mit den beiden Schlafzimmern, die jeweils mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche/WC ausgestattet sind.

Super Ferienwohnung

Doe Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders praktisch für uns war, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die Lage ist super, um die Seen (Chiemsee, Königssee) zu erkunden. In Siegsdorf gibt es das Mammutmuseum.

Ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub

Die angrenzende Regionalbahn nebst Bundesstraße zwingen dich Nachts zu einem Gehörschutz zu greifen. Ferienwohnung hat alles notwendige. Es fehlt nur leider eine Dunstabzugshaube. Das zwingt dich zum intensiven Lüften.

Urlaub in Siegsdorf

Die Wohnung war nicht schlecht. Aber eine Bahnlinie, der Zug kam 2 x in der Stunde und eine B-Straße das war zu viel des Guten. Auf der anderen Seite des Grundstücks war ein lautes, großes Wehr.
