Perfect house to stay at with children, they loved the pool and spent hours searching the beach. We wanted a location to kayak the bioluminescent bay, and it was!

Absolutely perfect stay! Beautiful private property with everything needed for relaxing beach stay! We love the quiet of this side of the island, and the provided kayaks, paddle boards, large private beach, lovely pool and outdoor space allowed us to immediately relax and embrace vacation mode.

Highly recommended property with stunning views all day long. Walking distance to either Rum Point or Kaibo. Owners and property managers very responsive. Will stay here again for sure :)
What an amazing week! This property is truly a slice of paradise. Gorgeous views! Relaxing private beach with lots of palm trees. It was everything we were hoping for our vacation and more!

Thank you very much for your amazing review and 5-star rating.
Great vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views. No one wanted to go anywhere as there was so much to do at the property whether it was relaxing/swimming in the pool, kayaking, paddle boarding or just chilling out. The property managers were great and super responsive with the couple of questions we had. I would totally recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Grand Cayman.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We are very grateful for your amazing review and a 5-star rating.
Great location and accurate listing. Everything is exactly as you see in the pictures! Private drive and parking, very private. Gigi and property management team were extremely responsive and helpful with all questions and request. This was much appreciated, as we were traveling with children. Only downfall was jellyfish, so not a lot of ocean swimming from the location, but kids still enjoyed the pool. 10 out of 10, will return!
My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult daughters, and 2 of their friends spent an unbelievable week at this property. We were all just amazed at how beautiful it was. This bungalow is set on an absolutely stunning piece of land overlooking a beautiful bay. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up early each morning and getting out on the water in one of the kayaks. It was the most peaceful time. We also really enjoyed the paddle boards as well. It was an absolutely beautiful time that we all miss and dream about for years to come.

Basic three-bedroom home with two baths, kitchen, living room and large dining area with floor to ceiling glass. Home was great for sleeping, showering, and preparing food and drinks. Has everything one needs. Spent very little time inside the house except to sleep and prepare food and drinks. Spent almost all our time outside -- from sunrise to sunset and then some. Plenty of areas with full sun and plenty of shady areas too. Spent lots of time kayaking and paddleboarding. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Very quiet and relaxing.

Thank you so much for an amazing review and 5-star rating.
We loved being out of the tourist zone of 7 mile beach. We had calm waters for our almost 3 yr old to play without concern. We saw many more starfish than at star fish point (52 at one count!). Within a few feet of our beach we had starfish, baby stingray, sea slug, small fish and a crab. The kayaks were the best for spotting starfish in the bay as well as to go around the corner to see the bioilluminescent bay at night. Not as many restaurants around, but a couple to eat at and then we made dinner at the house the other nights. Property was beautiful with great shade from the palm trees. Sunsets were amazing. We all loved it!

Thank you so much for writing a fabulous review and 5-star rating
If you are looking for luxurious, well-appointed accommodations this won't be the place for you. The property was 100% functional from a living perspective but you aren't going to share pictures of the interior and brag to your friends about how upscale it is. On the other hand, if you want the absolute perfect, private outdoor paradise with amazing accommodations for Sun, Fun, and general relaxation then this is your spot. We spent 90% of our waking hours outside on this property and it was FANTASTIC. The provided kayaks, paddleboards, swimming pool, hammock, and lounge chairs were just what this family needed to decompress for a week.
You should know, this is approximately 1 hr. from the airport so be prepared for that. Groceries are very limited on this side of the island so best to stop and shop closer to the airport (Hurley's was great). There is a small grocery about 15 mins away with limited choices. Also, if outdoor grilling is your thing make sure you ask management to confirm the grill is functional. I spent 90 minutes to cook what takes about 20 mins at home.
We just spent 4 wonderful days at the property. The house is set on a huge waterfront coconut grove lot. It was heavenly to wake up in the morning. Lie in the hammock, read my book, then get up and stroll waterside. There were several starfish in the shallow water - magical! The kataks and paddleboards were easily accessed, and were great to tour the calm inlet. My family with adult kids ages 19-25 had an amazing time spent together! Thelda kept in good tpuch and checkes in to see if there was anything we neede. The house was well-stocked.
Just what we were looking for. Bungalow on the beach. Amazing property. Long lazy mornings reading kayaking bike riding. Star Fish Point has nothing on 69 Kaiband. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is lacking restaurant choices but that’s what you get for private getaway. Very accommodating. Delivered 2 extra bikes so our party of 4 could ride together. Would stay again!
What a wonderful week we had at KaiBand House. It was just perfect for our family. We traveled with a one year old, and it was great to be able to step right outside to our huge private sandy beach in the morning and let her explore. We hope to return soon!
The pictures do not do the size or privacy this property justice. We were looking to stay away from the hussle of SMB - which is exactly what this home offers. The rental team was easy to communicate with and the home is cosy and well stocked with books, board games as well as the paddle boards and kayaks. We will be back!
What a gorgeous place this was - large, expansive private beach it’s hard not to enjoy everything about being outside and on the water here. Very clean and we had everything we needed for a perfect spot while celebrating a wedding at Kaibo down the road.
Such a unique spot, away from the hussle of Georgetown and the Seven Mile Beach, it was everything we could have asked for! The little ones splashed on the beach next to starfishes that live in the bay and it was the coolest memory for them. Would stay there in a heartbeat again!
The house is great: very nice beach, kayaks, paddle boards, chaise lounges, outdoor furniture, etc. The pool is too small for actual swimming, but nice to have around. The house is on a sort of shallow bay, so there are no waves, but it’s lovely. Because of COVID, Rum Point was closed, so the only nearby restaurant was the Kaibo place, which also had drastically reduced hours. The downstairs Kaibo place is lovely, but decidedly mediocre as far as food. Over the Edge is 15 minutes away by car on the North Side and better. Tukka (on the East End) was fabulous, but it’s a 30-minute drive. (We did not visit Bodden Town, which is halfway from the house to George Town, so we don’t know about the places there.) Most of the commercial activity is 45 minutes away in George Town or up the 7-Mile Beach from George Town on the West End. We actually liked the seclusion, but you should know that’s what you’re getting. We did a big shop at a supermarket (Hurley’s: super!) in George Town on our first full day, and it carried us for a week. The local market (Chisolm’s, 10 minutes’ drive) is not particularly large or impressive, but it fills any immediate needs. Any serious shopping for anything is in George Town. Sometimes, logistics apps will show something as 6-7 miles away, but that’s if flying: to drive takes 45 minutes). But again, we were glad for the seclusion and loved our stay.
The house was clean and homey with a huge beach. Paddle boards and kayaks were a lot of fun. One of the paddles was broken and we advised management and they came round to have a look very quickly. I would say they do need to go through the items in their kitchen as there is a lot of mis-matched items. The kettle didn’t work and the cooking utensils need replacing.
I do think that due to the age of the house, comparing it to others i. The area, it is slightly overpriced, however, Overall, we had a wonderful week at this house and would consider staying again
The management team and owner were amazingly helpful and easy to deal with. My family and I loved the cottage, amazing beach pool and Kayaks. A true slice of paradise, we can’t wait to be back.
We had a wonderful week! The kayaks and paddle boards were great. We liked being close to Rum Point for any other activities our young adults wanted to do. I would return to this property in a heartbeat!

What makes this property unique
The best thing about this property is its location. You are right on the beach with amazing sunsets every night. The property is very private and secluded so you really feel like you are away from it all.If you want the public beach or restaurant it only five minutes away.
