This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy.
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances; including a gas stove top, electric hot plate, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig Duo, hand mixer, Insta pot and more!
Dinning room includes large table with seating for 8, and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Dishes are stocked and provided for you to cook a family meal.
The living room opens up to allow seating for 8 with two couches and 2 casual sitting chairs. A 55" smart TV with Roku that is WIFI ready, and allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming channels/apps. DVD player for rainy days or kids movies of your own. Complimentary WI-FI for guests to use or work.
There is a Laundry room off the living room with standard size washer and dryer. Please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. Hanging rack for drying clothes as well is provided.
The garage of the home is used as a game room with a ping-pong table, and a poker/game table. The garage also has an additional 43” smart TV, Roku, that is WIFI ready! Please no parking indoor for any kind of vehicles.
Back yard patio with an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. A propane grill and a gravel firepit area with additional seating to gather around the campfire.
This slab grade 1-level home has heated floors throughout. Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed with En suite Bathroom, also includes a workspace with desk and chair. Second Bedroom - 1 Queen bed Third Bedroom – 1 Twin XL over 1 Queen bunk bed. A Twin size roll-a-way bed is folded up in the closet. Full Bathroom in between the second and third bedroom
NOTE- This home is for family vacations and small friend group get togethers and is in an exclusive neighborhood. It is not to be used as a party home. You must be 25 or older to rent this home. It is only through your responsible actions that we can continue to offer this private home as a rental. Please respect our home and take good care of it.
DOG FRIENDLY We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog. We do charge a 125$ non refundable pet fee per stay. We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog: *Consider barking to be a favorite pastime; *Chew things other than bones; *Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or; *Use the house as a bathroom.
Please bring all needed dog items with you, we allow up to one 65 lbs dog. We ask that your dog be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not. Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on 2 acres of land with an average size driveway. The entire house and yard is for your enjoyment. We ask you please respect the neighbors, and stay off their property. We have a keypad to provide access to the guest. A full list of access instructions will be sent to you 24 hrs before check-in via email.

There is a smart doorbell next to the front door that serves as a security camera to monitor the front door and driveway.
IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.

The first 50% of your reservation total will be charged at the time of booking.
The second 50% of your reservation will be charged sixty (60) days prior to your check in. USE OF PREMISES. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.
FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. Again, there are absolutely NO fireworks allowed to be discharged on premises.
ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, full kitchen accessories, kitchen, hand and dishwasher soap, fire pit, and propane for the barbecue grill.
ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach towels, bathroom soap and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD's for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. It is hereby agreed and understood by all parties, that the maximum number of guests on-site is limited to the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. In the event, a Tenant is determined that more than the max occupancy of guests are on-site, other than visiting, this may be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
CAMPERS OR TENTS: No campers or tents are allowed on-premises.
CHECK OUT TIME: is 10:00 AM. If no prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout, you may be charged up to $150 per hour to cover the extra time housekeeping must wait.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. It is understood and agreed by the parties, that any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
INDEMNIFICATION. It is hereby understood and agreed that 1919 Properties, LLC, Property Owners and its employees, agents, or principals and assigns, shall not be liable for any and all damage or injury to or of the Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or other persons entering the premises and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1919 Properties LLC and Property Owners harmless for any and all claims or assertions of any kind or nature as a result of injuries which may occur on the premises. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any damage or injury which may be incurred by Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any other person for damages or injuries which may arise from any contact, act, inaction, interaction from any and all animals, domestic or wild, which such damage or injury occurs on the premises.
EMERGENCY ACCESS. It is understood and agreed that the Landlord shall have access to the premises at all times for emergency purposes. If it is a non-emergency, Landlord shall be required to provide Tenant with a twenty-four (24) hour notice, which may be verbal and/or written. Tenant agrees to not unreasonably withhold access to the premises.

A group of us went snowmobiling, this house is brand new and is awesome! Right on trails, spacious and owners are great to deal with. Very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.
We used Restful Escape as home base for our adventures in the Hayward area while in town for a ski race in mid-December. The property was well cared for and we had everything we needed for a great stay.
Their home was ideal for three couples. It was well stocked, with a comfortable and open living, dining and kitchen area - perfect for socializing. We also appreciated the close proximity to Hayward. We'd stay there again!
Our stay was awesome!! Beautiful home and very comfortable for our group!! Very accommodating with any needs and always answered quickly to our questions! Very recommended and would definitely stay again!! WI trails are always so much fun!! Thanks for a great stay from IA

I have reached out and left you a message as well and ask if you would please contact VRBO customer service to edit or re post your review for the rating to match your words. I am guessing this is just a typo, or if in fact was meant to be, please let me know what we can do to improve your stay for next time.
We wanted a weekend away to enjoy the fall weather and we got it! The location of the home is perfect. Plenty of hikes around and close to downtown Hayward, which has great shopping and restaurants. This home is located on a large wooded lot which gave you the feeling up being in a cabin in the woods. Highly recommend !
Great location close to town and near our family’s lake house. Feels secluded and the backyard is definitely Northwoods feel. Great house that has everything you need and was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two little ones. Briar was a wonderful host and accommodating!
The place is lovely, enough beds for six of us and a very relaxed home. Briar was available and got back with answers when we had questions. I would recommend this home to family and would stay here again.

This place was great! Very organized owner. Loved the basketball and ping pong in the garage. Home was very nice and comfortable. Quick response from owner any time we asked a question or recommendations for places to go. I highly recommend this place.
I rented this home for several days for myself and my daughter and her family as we were in town for a wedding. We lived in Hayward for 20 years before moving to be closer to family a couple of years ago so are pretty familiar with the places there. This home is in a perfect location near town but quiet in a wooded area. The home itself was perfect for us with 2 very active boys ages 3 1/2 and 1 1/2. Very nice furnishings but not delicate so didn't have to worry about the kids damaging anything. They even had small tables the kids could use and children's dishes and utensils! The garage/game room was perfect for the boys to run around and play in when not outside! Made the stay relaxing and stress-free.
This place is very clean. The check in process was very easy. The eateries, stores and downtown Hayward are within minutes of this place. Nice spot outside to have a fire. Missed out on that due to Mother Nature. Plenty of pot n pans there to cook meals. Plenty of glassware. Bring any spices you may need. Plenty of bath towels. I would bring extra face cloths, kleenix, dish cloths and dish towels. This is just one of my things is to bring storage bags if need for leftover food. They did have aluminum foil no plastic wrap. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again.
They were also very accommodating to send my coat to me that I had forgot in the closet.
