Excellent staff and very cute, but very dirty

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They truly cared and made sure we had an easy check in process despite us getting in at midnight. That being said, while the cabin was beautiful, it was incredibly dirty. I found a dead roach in my bed, there were insects in the shower, the top sheets were dirty, and it was clear that the cabin hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long while.
