Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn of all cooking or heating appliances (oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, iron, etc.)
Set Thermostat to Heat 60 or Cool 80.
If time permits, we would greatly appreciate it if you could start the laundry with the towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
