About this property

This home is located in the Mossy Oaks area. Located near the Spanish Moss trail, perfect for taking a stroll or a nice bike ride.

This newly listed home has an open floor plan that provides plenty of room for families and a cozy Carolina room with plentiful seating and views of the private backyard. This home also has a fully equipped kitchen with all new cookware, a dining area for 6, and two spacious family rooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a private bathroom. While the two guest bedrooms have a shared bath. One guest bedroom has two twin beds, while the other has a queen size bed.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from Parris Island, 10 minutes to Historic Beaufort, 20 minutes to beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park, and 40 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Perfect for us

We loved the house and the location. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. It was perfect for us to attend our son’s boot camp graduation.

Excellent Option

This house was an excellent option compared to local hotels for our new Marines graduation. The house was very updated, with comfortable beds and plenty of room. The owners are very easy to work with. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area for a Marine graduation or just visiting this area for vacay.

Perfect for Marine graduation

This house was perfect for our group of 6 with very spacious kitchen and living rooms. One of the living rooms used to be a 2 car garage that was closed in and is a perfect space for young people to have their own space. My 15 year old daughter used it as her “bedroom” and loved it. The whole house is so tastefully decorated and the large kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side but not cramped. Nice linens and very updated fixtures. My only suggestion would be to provide more than one towel/washcloth per person but the laundry room is fully stocked with plenty of detergent, etc. so we just washed and reused. Location is great—taking Battery Creek Rd all the way down and you’re on PI in minutes! Nice walking/biking trail at the end of the road. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this house!
