- 10-minute bike ride (5-minute drive) to the Sunriver SHARC water park.

Details:

Indoor Space:
- 7 bedrooms (2 King suites, 4 Queen beds, a Queen-size bunk, twin-size bunk, and 2 twin over queen bunks).
- 2 separate family rooms, including a game room with 100” TV, pool table, arcades, and an indoor play structure for the louder kids or adults, and a separate living room with a fireplace for the more relaxed ones.
- Game closet with board games (kids and adults) and younger kid toys and books.
- 3 bathrooms downstairs (two are king suites), one upstairs.
- Large kitchen and separate dining room for large groups. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. There is also a mini fridge in one of the downstairs suites.
- There is a washer and dryer inside the house as well as another washer and two more dryers in the garage!

Outdoor Space
- The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled between EVERY guest stay and has a view of the golf course!
- Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. The house is on the golf course for a fantastic view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.
- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing!

Other Amenities
- 10 daily reusable passes to the Sunriver SHARC waterpark included!
- 6-8 adult and 4-6 kid bikes provided in the garage.
- All bedrooms except two have smart TVs for you to use your favorite streaming service.
- Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs, downstairs, and game room.

This property has space for 5 cars MAXIMUM for parking in the driveway and garage. On-street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver. Sadly, we have had issues with guests breaking this rule. There will be a $200 fine PER vehicle, PER NIGHT for any cars that break this parking rule. Thank you ahead of time for following this very important rule.

This house has full-time neighbors nearby. Please be respectful and courteous to everyone in the neighborhood by keeping noise to a level that cannot be heard outside of the house.

This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of individuals with animal allergies.

The Sunriver SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and their staffing. It is a good idea to call ahead of time to confirm the hours.

This is an amazing property for large groups with kids of all ages. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy time together. The SHARC passes also allow free parking so you have a vehicle ready after you float the river. It is peaceful and relaxing and gives you the space to bring family back together again. It is close to other activities if you like to go exploring. Kyle is very prompt to address any and all questions or comments. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Kyle was very nice and easy to communicate with from the beginning. As we entered the home we were happy with the cleanliness and warm feeling of comfort. The kitchen is well equipped with LOTS of utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, serving bowls, cups, glasses, and anything else you might need. The beds were comfortable, an abundance of towels, many TVs, and so much more! My family really enjoyed the sand volleyball court down the road, pickelball, the community pool, village shopping, hot tubbing, bicycle paths, and hiking. We all definitely enjoyed this vacation spot!

Great home! Very private for Sunriver. Great location with a view of the 6th tee. You can also see the meadow from the hot top, which is a very nice touch. The only critique was that some of the mattresses were "thin", according to a couple of folks. Particularly upstairs.

The house we rented was beautiful- surprised us with the excellent play room. We had a lot of kids of all ages - 4 - 18 and some adults who used the play room. Two not so good parts was the temperature of some rooms - ie 2 downstair bedrooms were freezing and a few upstairs were too warm. There was NO way to change the temperature as it was locked. The second concern was this house is not accessible for elderly people of which we had 4. Examples are deep stair sizes going out to the back patio, living room, play room and bathtubs were too high and no bars. We really enjoyed our time there but do believe there should be a statement about accessibility.

Thank you for staying at our home! Regarding the thermostat, I looked back through your messages to us and you never reached out regarding the thermostat issue. This house has an excellent heating and cooling system with three separate zones to optimize the house and the rooms. I wish you would have reached out as I could have solved any thermostat issue you may have had within 5 minutes. We do NOT lock the thermostats for guests. Also, regarding the accessibility, I'm very sorry it wasn't a good fit for you. However, everything you described can clearly be seen in the pictures in the listing. I totally understand if this home won't work for you in the future based on the accessibility you are looking for. Hopefully you can find a great home that is a better fit for your crew!

We had a wonderful stay here. Huge house with lots of fun games and areas to hang with friends. We loved that they had many bikes of all sizes and plenty of passes to go to the pool. Would 100% stay again.

This house was perfect for my large family to gather for a celebration. The grandkids loved the game room and there was plenty of room for our karaoke in the living room. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My family really enjoyed the bikes and the trails around the home. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. Our host got someone in to fix it right away, but it didn’t get hot in time for us to enjoy it. Our host told me there were hot tubs at the water park, and there were 10 passes. However, there were no directions to the water park, so my kids and grandkids went to two different pools and were rudely turned away. By the time they got to the actual water feature, it had closed early. Other homes that I have rented have had a binder that included directions for everything you might need, such as the AC and, in this case, directions to the water park. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Thanks for staying with us. I'd like to add some clarification to items. Again, we are very sorry for the hot tub going out. Like you said we took care of it immediately. It's extremely hard to get someone out that fast during peak season. Regarding the SHARC waterpark passes, the waterpark shows up if you put it into any map application and it is just 5 minutes away. I wish you would have reached out if you were having trouble finding it. In regards to a physical guidebook, you are correct that we do not have one at the house. We use a digital guidebook so that we can update it instantly with new information. You were sent the link to it multiple times in the booking messages you received and there is also a prominent QR code to scan at the house. Again, if you return in the future, please simply reach out if you have any questions. I'm more than happy to help any time!

All enjoyed the game room with the pool table, video games and the bar in one room. Only minor detail was the need for more bathrooms for a group of 12.

We had such a wonderful stay! Kyle was so responsive, even coming out with short notice to help fix a toilet issue. He also ordered us a folding table after we asked if there was one at the house. Sunriver girls trip

The house was very clean and Kyle was amazing to work with. Unfortunately the previous guests had done a number on the house, but they tried their beat to have the house back in top shape for us once we got there. Was a very comfortable stay and the house was awesome!

Great house for large group

We rented this house with a group of friends and our kids. It was a great house for multiple ages because there’s a good separation of space but you still feel like you’re close enough to hear everyone having fun. I’d rent it again!
