CLEAN & COMFORTABLE condo located at the summit area of Snowshoe Resort (North side of mountain). 5 minute walk to slopes, short bike ride to bike park. 1/2 mile from Snowshoe Village. Hiking trails right outside your door.

BIG ground floor studio w/ private entrance, full kitchen & bathroom, TV/DVD/wifi, washer & dryer, log fireplace, mudroom w/ gear storage, walk-out back deck for relaxing and/or bike storage (bring a lock and secure to railing). FREE SHUTTLE picks up in front of the building. Enjoy Snowshoe basin, Western Territory, Silver Creek, Shavers Lake, mountain views, shopping/spa/dining/entertainment.

PLEASE REVIEW AND ABIDE BY OUR HOUSE RULES. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND AND FORFEITURE OF THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

FREE FIREWOOD is provided by HOA during ski season, with starters and lighter provided by your host.

Bike storage on private back deck. Bring your own lock. BIKE WASH station next to parking lot. Clean up towels are provided in the mudroom (entryway).

We live at Snowshoe year-round and can easily be reached via VRBO messaging to answer questions or provide information about the condo, resort, etc. Any issues with your lodging will be addressed promptly, often by your hosts personally.

Cell calls and texting can be delayed but we answer asap. Use VRBO messaging for fastest response.

No muddy clothes in washer and/or dryer. No bikes in unit. No mud in unit. HOA allows bikes on back porch - keep locked. No bikes on front walk.

Rinse all dishes, load and run dishwasher prior to check out. Return any moved furniture to where it was when you checked in. Condo is not child proof
