This luxury unit is about a 37 min drive from IAH international airport. 5 min walk to NRG stadium. 10 min walk to the medical center. 10 min drive to downtown Houston. 12 min drive to the galleria shopping mall & tons of grocery stores & local shops that are walking distance from the unit. Enjoy a complementary coffee & tea bar & snacks upon arrival. We have now added the “ LUXURY-All INCLUSIVE” for all guest!!! The luxury all inclusive gives our guest the option to book a private chef or private driver during your stay. Get the full Luxury experience & let us accommodate all of your needs. If you need a round trip to & from the airport, a private driver for the day, or a home cooked meal prepared at your convenience in your home away from home we have you covered!! All guest are expected to treat our home with respect. If any of the rules are broken or the property is damaged, guest will be charged up to $1000 for damages.

Guest who host parties will have their reservation automatically cancelled w/ no refunds. No smoking in unit. Must use patio/balcony & keep balcony door shut so smoke does not enter the unit. If smoking in the house or there is any smell of smoke in the unit you will be charged up to $350.

Any additional guest not on reservation will not be permitted to stay overnight. If additional guest stay over night you will be charged $125 per person per night for each additional guest.

Please use make-up towels when washing off make-up or tanner. If make-up stain’s any towels, linens, or bedding you will be charged up to $350.

Missing keys or key fob $500 fee
Missing parking pass $50 fee

We very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The starter coffee and oatmeal packets really came in handy! The host was very responsive to questions. And the pool was wonderful for a hot August afternoon! We would definitely stay here again!

Inside of the apartment was perfect for what we needed it for. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and laundry room were great. Tge bathrooms were very nice. When returning to Houston, this will be my first choice! Chyna is very personable and professional, an all around wonderful host. Thank you for making my first stay in Houston a great one.

Our host was great to work with. Her directions were perfect and it was easy to get in and out. We had everything we needed while we stayed there. The pool was relaxing for us during a busy week. I would only suggest drink coasters for your table and we weren’t sure what to do with the towels before we left. Thank you for being so open to communication and making our trip easy.
