Welcome to a relaxing get-away at a cozy 2-bed/2-bath modern vacation villa (half duplex). Situated and designed with a relaxing beach-themed ambiance, the villa is located in a tranquil and safe residential area - great place for a restful and comfortable retreat. There is space to sleep up to 4+ (convertible futon sofa bed available). The property is located in Englewood, a lovely gulf coastal city stretching right along the beach and easy access to multiple golf clubs, fishing and much more.

Nice house, close to the beach and CoolToday Park where we were visiting. Screened in back porch, beach chairs were a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Englewood

We loved the Englewood area. It wasn’t as busy Port Charlotte, punta gorda or fort myers. This property was within easy driving distance to many beaches and larger cities. Would definitely consider staying here again

Comfortable Property

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of March. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice to deal with and responsive. The king bed was comfortable, and everything that we needed was supplied. The only negative was being able to hear the road noise while sitting out in the lanai. Other than that, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
