Hi there, I’m Reed and I cohost with my girlfriend Kiana! We met in college while studying at James Madison University (Roll Dukes!). We’re originally from Northern VA and are now currently living in Jacksonville FL. We came down to the Jacksonville area to pursue career opportunities, and to immerse ourselves in a new city. Prior to moving here, it was a dream of ours to start a short term rental where we can host travelers from all over the world.
