Two FULL bathrooms up and down stairs -- rare for a unit of this size in the San Marco area. Place has most everything you need -- a true home away from home -- yet in an uncluttered format.
Equipped with all new kitchen and laundry appliances, with tile and refinished wood floors throughout the home. 3 TVs, cable, streaming services, hi-speed internet. This rental is run by a PRIVATE OWNER not a property management or corporate firm. I have successfully run short term (and long term) rentals in the beach areas and throughout Jacksonville but venturing now into San Marco. If you have questions/ issues about the house or area, I am very responsive.
