This adorable farmhouse is in a very quiet area that is still easily reachable to all the area's attractions. We had a great time; everyone was very comfortable, even the dog!

We had such a great time, so cozy and inviting! Catherine thought if everything, such a great host. Super comfortable beds. So much better than a hotel and lots to do in the area. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Thank you so much for the review Karen! We enjoyed hosting you and your family. We hope that you will stay with us again if you return to Southern Maine.
My pup, Gracie, and I spent 3 beautiful nights at Cathy’s amazing chic farmhouse. The house is just gorgeous and has all the comforts of a cozy homestead. If I could pick a house to spend the rest of my life in, it would be Cathy’s beautiful home. Thank you for adding to our wonderful Christmas weekend.

Thank you so much Nancy! I really enjoyed having you and Gracie! Thank you so much for the beautiful card. I too, am an animal lover and enjoyed seeing your beautiful family. I hope you will stay with us again when you are back in the area! Happy New Year Nancy!
We spent 9 days at this beautiful property while we waited to close on our new home. We had journeyed from South Florida to Maine and were eager to settle in. Cathy’s home was super clean and fully stocked with just about anything you could want. The heat worked well so we were very comfortable. The rooms were good sized allowing for our family of five to have some space. During our stay a snowstorm came through. Cathy contacted us numerous times and brought water in case we lost power. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend her highly.
We were surprised to find you need to walk through the 2nd bedroom to access the 3rd and wouldn’t have selected the house if we’d known. The description as “chic” while a matter of opinion didn’t seem accurate, The kitchen had good enough equipment. The dining and porch tables were too large for the space and cumbersome to get around to sit. That being said, it was a good value.

The listing clearly stated the 3rd bedroom had a pass through door from the second in the pictures. This guest canceled her booking with another host a few days within her arrival and booked with me at the last minute. I'm sorry that she did not read my listing prior to her booking.
