This vacation home is located in the beautiful community of Vilano Cottages, which boasts the best location in Vilano Beach. Vilano Cottages is a four-home vacation community with shared use of the pool/ kiddie pool and direct, private beach access to Vilano Beach. Please note these are not attached condos, but large individual homes within the community.
Once here, you can park your car, as there is no need to drive. Publix, Publix liquor store, shops and restaurants are all directly across the street. Additionally, the Intracoastal Waterway is a mere 8 minute walk where you can have a drink and watch the sunset at "Beaches" restaurant, rent paddle boards, jet skis, pontoon boats or take a water taxi to downtown St Augustine.
Should you feel the need to explore the "Castillo de San Marcos" Fort, "Fountain of Youth" or other Historic St. Augustine attractions, they are only a short 5 minute car ride away.

The main living area located on the second floor, has an open concept living room with new a Sony 75in TV and sound bar, dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. New reclining sofas were just added! The house is "light and bright" with many sliding doors and windows that open up onto a wide wrap around deck overlooking the pool and surrounding property. On this floor there is also a guest Master Suite with 2 queen size beds and ensuite bathroom. There is an additional half bath in the main living area.
On the upper floor you will find the beautiful master suite. Here you have a large oversized deck, complete with Adirondack Chairs, and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master suite has a king bed, new 65 in Sony TV, walk in closet, and full ensuite bath complete with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink vanity.
On the lowest level you will find three more large bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and a shared full bath. The third bedroom has two full beds and an ensuite full bathroom. Additionally on the lower level you will find a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. Sliding doors lead out to the ground floor wrap around deck with access to the swimming pool. Bring your game! Casa de Lobos features a ping pong table, game consol, and a foosball table for your enjoyment!
The location of Casa de Lobos is ideal for those who want to be in close proximity to grocery, restaurants, etc. There is a Publix grocery store directly across the street, along with a liquor store, dry cleaners, and several good restaurants. You can walk to the end of Vilano Road to the Vilano Pier to catch sunset or catch some fish! Historic St. Augustine is just over the Vilano Bridge. There you will find countless restaurants, shops, museums, galleries, and attractions. Day trips to Daytona, Orlando, or Jacksonville are easy from here as well.
