Step onto the wraparound porch and let the salt air and ocean breeze wash over you as waves crash in the distance. Mornings here begin with the glow of sunrise on the horizon and, if you’re lucky, glimpses of dolphins breaking the surf. From quiet corners for sipping coffee to open spaces made for gathering, this beachside home is designed for both relaxation and connection.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 12 guests, the home spans three levels and offers five bedrooms. On the second floor, the primary suite includes a king bed, cable TV, large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom, along with access to a furnished porch. The Flamingo Room features a queen bed and smart TV and shares a hallway bath with a tub. A third bedroom on this level includes a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower. The ground floor hosts a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles, providing six beds in total, plus a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom and outdoor shower complete the setup for this level.

Outdoor living
Multiple porches and patios let you take in ocean breezes throughout the day, while the covered ground floor patio opens directly from the bunk room. Beach days are made simple with beach essentials provided and a location just a block from the sand, where you’ll also find vehicle drive-on access for convenience. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering in the garage game room for ping pong or a family match of foosball.

Kitchen & dining
The main level features an open-concept living area with a modern stainless steel kitchen that includes double ovens, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dining table for group meals. A small kitchenette on the ground floor provides extra space with a sink, coffee maker, and beach-day necessities.

Amenities & comfort
Guests have access to an elevator connecting all three levels, Wi-Fi, HDTV, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as linens, towels, and toiletries. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and an exterior security camera at the entry lock only.

Neighborhood
Situated in Crescent Beach, the home is close to local dining and shopping, with historic downtown St. Augustine just 15 minutes away.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
