Just two girlfriends up on this amazing property, sitting in the hot tub, watching the stars shoot and dance. During the day, the deck has a spectacular rolling Mountain View. The body swing on the deck and of course the superiorly built swing in the front Oak Tree. We felt so comfortable in this house.Adding this one to my future vrbosWe even got a visit from a momma turkey and her babies.

This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The hot tub is a great place to relax. We did not get to see the Milky Way due to the moon being so bright and almost full. But the night sky was still beautiful. The game room was a lot of fun. Just a short drive into Julian. Will probably stay here again

A off-the-beaten track gem in Julian

My family and I (husband, two parents visiting from the UK, and two 4th graders) had a wonderful time staying at this property for our 2023 Thanksgiving break. Neil was very communicative and the property was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The views are spectacular! Even when Julian town itself is in peak crowd season, this house and the roads to it were tranquil and quiet throughout. Would definitely recommend and may well return again! Thank you Neil and Bonnie!

Angela and her family were our first guests ever to our cottage, and they set the bar incredibly high for all future guests. They were absolutely wonderful, communicative, and kept the house spotless. We hope they'll come back someday!
