About this property

Nice, bright apartment right on the North Sea coast

The house is detached and is idyllically situated in a cul-de-sac. A short walk of approx. 800m leads directly to the outer dike. Bicycle tours and walks are therefore perfect. You can often see beautiful sunrises and sunsets and admire a starry sky on cloudless nights. The apartment is quiet and lies in the middle of meadows and fields - ideal for relaxing. Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring towns of Garding, Westerhever and Sankt Peter-Ording. The nearest supermarket is 10km away in Garding, so a car is essential.

THE LIVING ROOM
The apartment is on the 1st Upstairs in my house. It is a good 80 m² in size, modern, bright and ideal for up to 4 people (plus a small child). An additional bed can be provided on request at an additional cost. You can park on the property in front of the house. There is very good WiFi reception in the entire apartment. The large property can be used with pleasure.
Open kitchen with dining area, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Living area with couch furniture and flat-screen satellite TV.

2 bedrooms in total: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 * 200 cm), 1 bedroom / children's room with 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm).

Spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für eine 4-köpfige Familie bestens geeignet. Besonders hat uns der Hof und die vielen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Draußen sein gefallen. Die Lage ist super, da man direkt mit dem Fahrrad Richtung Nordsee fahren kann und auch schnell nach Tönning und Husum gelangt.Silke ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Super Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur, die Schafe blöken dich vom Deich an, herrlich. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin Silke war sehr herzlich. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Silke war auch immer für gute Tipps und einen Schnack zu haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Ideal um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Wir waren nur ein paar Tage in Silkes Ferienwohnung. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und man hat sich direkt heimisch gefühlt. Man merkt, dass Silke viel Liebe ins Detail steckt und um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und es fehlte nichts an Inventar. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden - das hat man nicht oft in Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht oder lange Spaziergänge am Deich unternehmen will. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Silke buchen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage mit dem Vierbeiner verbracht.

Wer Ruhe in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sogar scharfe Messer! Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Und das Bad bietet viel Bewegungsfreiheit. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Super Unterkunft - sehr nette Vermieterin

Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Angefangen mit der sehr netten Vermieterin, über die saubere und keinen Wunsch offen lassende Unterkunft bis hin zur traumhaften Lage. Uns war es wichtig nicht Mitten im Trubel zu leben, aber binnen 10-15 Minuten an den Sankt Peter Ording Strand sowie diverse Locations drumherum zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank, liebe Frau Simon.

Komfortable Wohnung in bester Lage

Schöne große Wohnung mit separatem Eingang. Alle Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Der Deich mit Blick auf die Inseln und Halligen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die schönsten Orte von Eiderstedt kann man in 20 min. Auto-Fahrt besuchen. Für Bade- und Sightseeing-Urlaub der beste Ausgangspunkt. Die unkomplizierte Vermieterin hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und ist Ansprechpartnerin für alle Belange vor Ort. Wir können diesen Urlaubsort nur weiter empfehlen.

... in einer Ferienwohnung, die wir nun schon zum vierten mal bereist haben. Schon das spricht als Bewertung ja für sich. Es waren wundervoll ruhige Tage zum Jahreswechsel an einem Ort, an dem wir uns sehr wohl fühlen. Wir haben die Tage mit viel Ruhe, manchmal Wind & Regen, öfter Sonne und klare Luft genossen. Hervorragende Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft entspricht vollumfänglich der Beschreibung. Die ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur, die mit dem PW gute Erreichbarkeit, die schöne saubere Wohnung und insbesondere die Herzlichkeit von der Besitzerin Silke Simon haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
