Perfect Place

This place was perfect for us. We were 4 adults and there is lots of room. The open living room/kitchen area was great for mixing together. Location is easy to get to. I'd stay there again!

Beautiful home away from home.

This was a perfect stay for us! We've rented numerous VRBOs and this was a beautiful home with more than enough room for our family of 4; it could easily accommodate more than that. We have 2 teens and they were very happy with everything as well. The house was welcoming and spotless upon arrival. Each room was beautifully decorated and everything worked well. The house was well stocked to meet our needs and the host provided everything for a more than comfortable stay. Evan was a fantastic and very responsive host. The location was central for our touring and visiting needs. We used the back yard and were happy to have the closed in garage. The neighbourhood was mixed with regards to the neighbours care of their homes, but we were comfortable enough with the environment. We used the back yard, to enjoy the fresh air and sun and the corn-hole game provided and used the barbecue. We were able to eat outside, with no bugs bothering us! The house is on the airport flight path, so there is noise from the airplanes, but we also enjoyed watching the planes come and go! There were a couple of fast food restaurants within a walk away, but most everything was a short drive; specifically the Tempe Marketplace had some great shopping and restaurants. There are some enjoyable walking/hiking trails quite close by and the Zoo and Botanical Gardens quite close as well. It was the perfect home for our family vacation. We will happily rent any of Evan's properties again. Thank you.

Very Nice

Evan's property in Tempe was a centrally-located home to our needs to get around the valley for a short, 1-week vacation in February. The neighborhood is a unique, transitional area. We had no issues with noise or concern. (it is on the approach to Sky Harbor, so aircraft overhead was constant, but not a bother at all. The house is quite clean and well-stocked with the essentials. Attention to detail is evident. The yard is a nicely updated space that provided a daily retreat to get some fresh air. There are many options for local restaurants and stores within a short drive or even walking distance, Being close to the Loop 202 was very convenient to get around to all corners of Phoenix. The airport is just a short 15 minute drive that can avoid the congested freeways. Evan was a fabulous communicator as we had a flight cancellation and some unique arrival issues that he helped facilitate promptly. thank you Evan!

New and modern stay

Wonderful house with new and modern layout close to downtown Mesa. The host was extremely attentive and responsive to all of our questions. House was very clean.
