Great light, huge windows, quiet neighborhood. Pool (summer only), clubhouse, parks nearby, jetted bathtub, fantastic light throughout the day, updated appliances. Easy to get to the mountains for skiing and weekend getaways! Very close to Green Mountain for all of you hikers and bikers. Only 20 minutes from downtown Denver.

The holidays here are a dream. Bright sunshine, snow, peace and quiet, and plenty of space to relax, cook, play board games, and chat. Bring the whole family, take a break, and disconnect. It'll do you good.

About the host

Your host

I'm originally from Colorado, and absolutely love it. My wife and I are currently spending our time abroad, however, and getting ready to welcome our first baby into this world. We want her (yep, it's a little baby girl!) to get to know my wife's family in Colombia, so we are renting our place out while we stay here for the time. It's been a wonderful experience, and we've gotten to meet some fantastic people in the process.

Why they chose this property

I am a former teacher, and love coming home to a quiet spot that has a lot of natural light. This condo fits that description perfectly. Also, a surprising amount of the neighbors are also teachers or former teachers, incidentally.

What makes this property unique

It's big enough to stay in and be introverted for however long you'd like, and close enough to both the mountains and Denver to get out and be active on a whim.
