Perfect location for our Red Rocks weekend! Olde Town Arvada was having a festival that added to the fun. We loved the area. Only 1.5 hours to RMNP, so that was a plus for us, too. The property was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay with my daughter for a family event. Space has great flow, beds super comfy, bathrooms are great. Kitchen was functional for cooking basic meals and we did! Really enjoyed our time and will be back!

The place was clean and well stocked, as well as being exceedingly family friendly. Our little one loved to play with the toys and slept well in the pack and play. Close to great restaurants and parks. Would highly recommended a stay at Bill's.

Great location, easy parking, lovely home! Our stay had everything we needed for a long weekend and made travel with an infant easy and comfortable. The location can't be beat, with plenty of great restaurants in walking distance.

Such a lovely home

This home is so cute, comfortable and clean. We came in a few days early for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was great for getting to the concert. The home was also a great location for traveling to the mountains and Golden. The old town Avada is so easy to get to and definitely worth a trip. We really enjoyed School House Kitchen and Bar (sit in the bar) especially since my daughter is a teacher. This home has everything you need and we enjoyed having the folding chairs available for our tailgating at Red Rocks before the concert. You can't go wrong staying here!

Central Denver location and not far from the ski resorts.

Bill was extremely attentive and responsive. Location is central to lots of activities. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. It was the perfect resting place after long days of exploration.

Fun place to stay near Denver

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home itself was very well kept and clean with lots of space to relax and enjoy Colorado weather. It is located near a beautiful park where I felt safe walking, jogging and visiting the playground with my young son. We were able to walk to local eateries and coffee shops. We had everything we needed during our stay and would definitely book again.

Great house and location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of two couples. The house was conveniently located to everywhere we went exploring. We found our favorite local brewery short walk away! The hosts, Bill and Autumn, were great to work with and quickly responded if we had a question. Highly recommend!
