ACCESSING THE PENTHOUSE
Our condo offers keyless entry with a Smart Lock and Keypad. Guests can use the code they are sent to unlock the door with keypad. Guests may request app access to control lock from their phones if staying more than one week. (Access will only be granted for the dates of the reservation and will expire upon checkout at 10:00 am.)
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for two owner's closets, which are locked for private use. Feel free to unwind, explore, and enjoy all the amenities. Make yourself at home, and we hope you have a fantastic stay!

PARKING
For your convenience, we recommend utilizing the 15-minute parking for unloading, based on availability. Alternatively, a parking garage across the street offers free unloading. You'll receive an access code for parking upon booking, making it hassle-free.
Explore the best of both worlds! Stroll along the beach for a delightful experience or take a short drive to discover various shopping options like Walmart, Publix, and charming local shops. Embrace the convenience of nearby amenities while relishing the natural beauty of the beach.

Smoke-Free Retreat: Please note that our resort maintains a smoke/vape-free environment; fines apply for violations.
Rental Agreement Requirement: Guests must sign the rental agreement for the stay to be confirmed.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful ambiance, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Coaster Courtesy: Kindly use coasters provided for drinks to protect our tables and preserve their beauty.
We provide the convenience of early check-in from 12:00 pm for a nominal fee of $85. To ensure a guaranteed early check-in, guests are kindly requested to accept this alteration at least 24 hours before their scheduled stay.

To ensure a more convenient experience for you, we've replaced the damage deposit with an increased cleaning fee. This change provides coverage for any potential damages caused during your stay, up to a maximum of $3000. This adjustment aims to streamline the process and offer you greater peace of mind.
Due to owners' health history, we cannot accommodate any pets, including service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, we have implemented an age verification and ID submission process for bookings.
We require guests with no reviews or limited positive reviews to verify their email address before we can approve their booking request.
After you've completed your booking, we kindly request that the primary guest (the person who made the booking) submits a copy of their government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.
We accept passports, driver's licenses, or any official government-issued photo ID that clearly displays the primary guest's date of birth.
Guests who smoke must do so outside and cleanup after themselves. Guests will be fined for leaving cigarette butts on our property
The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement before the stay is accepted
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
The HOA regulates the balconies and sometimes must do maintenance. We do our best to provide notice but don't always get notice ourselves. Guests must be accommodating to the maintenance crew when they need to access the unit or balcony.
Lock all doors when leaving the condo
Unapproved late checkouts will result in fines up to $250.
