🕯️ Please Note (Important for Historic Buildings)
This property is located in one of Old San Juan’s original colonial structures, built over 200 years ago.
When you walk in, you might notice the aged textures of the walls, historic details, and even some rust or weathering — all part of the building’s authentic charm.
Old San Juan itself is a 300-year-old city, and nearly every building here is centuries old. It’s a living museum — colorful, historic, and full of soul. Because the area is surrounded by the ocean, you may occasionally see small mosquitoes or harmless island insects. This is completely normal for coastal homes in the tropics, especially within the historic core.
We want you to know that everything here is authentic, full of love, and preserved with care. You’re not just staying in a home — you’re staying in a piece of Puerto Rican history.
🌴 Comfort & Atmosphere
Despite its age, Casa Imperial is designed for modern comfort. You’ll have:
• Air conditioning throughout the home
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Smart TVs in the living area
• Premium linens and fresh towels
• Professional cleaning before every stay
Whether you’re traveling as a family, a group of friends, or a couple’s retreat, this home provides both space and privacy for everyone.

The whole appartment
As with many homes in Old San Juan, certain features such as doors, windows, and walls reflect the building’s original 200-year-old construction. This is not a defect — it’s part of the authentic colonial character that makes Old San Juan one of the most unique and historic cities in the world.
The textures, details, and imperfections are intentionally preserved to honor the building’s heritage within this UNESCO-recognized neighborhood.
If you appreciate history, charm, and culture, you’ll love every corner of this home.
