In the Dolomites, one of the most beautiful places in the world, you will find the true nature experience, the true holiday paradise.
Here in the "Franzn" you live in a cozy apartment with all comfort. Open your eyes and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding nature.
In the midst of woods and meadows, you will find our house as a single unit, away from the hustle and bustle.
You can choose whether you want to spend a day at the Kaltersee or rather take an alpine hike.
Both can be reached in a short time by car.
Christoph is happy to accompany you on a sunset hike to the Weisshorn (2315m).

Erholung pur, inmitten schönster Natur!

Mein Mann und ich hatten das Apartment Holz gebucht und waren rund um zufrieden. Das Apartment ist, wie das gesamte Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Grundstück ist umgeben von Wald und im Sommer bunt blühenden Sommerwiesen. Das Apartment ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln aus Naturmaterialien ausgestattet und egal aus welchem Fenster man schaut, blickt man entweder in einen satten, grünen Wald oder auf die Bergausläufer des Etschtals. Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen, um innerhalb 20 bis 30 Minuten Welschenofen, der Karerpass oder Obereggen als Ausgangspunkte für Bergtouren in den Rosengarten oder das Latenar zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfbereit und haben uns super Tipps gegeben, wo wir leckeren Honig und Eier direkt vom Hof kaufen konnten. War Ruhe, Natur und eine tolle Aussicht als Teil des Urlaubs schätzt, ist dort bestens aufgehoben!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Holz war wunderbar. Vor allem der Balkon hatte es uns angetan. Die Garage fürs Auto war unterm Haus und man konnte mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt nach oben fahren. Sehr bequem!Familie Psenner war ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Als Ausflüge/Wanderungen können wir die Bletterbachschlucht und das Weißhorn empfehlen. Auch Meran hat uns gut gefallen. Und wenn sich im Karersee die Spitzen vom Latemar spiegeln, dann bleibt einem die Sprache weg!

Stylisches, sehr modern ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönen Ferienwohnungen. Herrliche, große, überdachte Terrasse, wunderbar viel Holz! Absolut ruhige Lage. Garage direkt unterm Haus. Einfach Klasse.
