About this property

Beautiful studio near Bolzano - forest view, right on the European long-distance trail

Our house is located at 1 200m in Genesio, about 15 minutes from Bolzano. We live on a 6000 sqm large forest and meadow land with a small swimming pond. The 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the house is equipped with modern furniture, with bed, kitchen, bathroom and dressing room and has TV and Internet access.

The house is very quiet in a forest clearing, located on the European Route E5, which connects Lake Constance with Venice and Verona. There is a bus stop nearby (5 minutes); the shops and restaurants of San Genesio is a mere 8-minute walk and the cable car to Bolzano in 15 minutes. The main attraction of Bolzano is Ötzi, the Iceman.

On arrival you will get towels and sheets and a walking map of the area. The hiking area extends from San Genesio to Hafling and Meran. We can give you some tips on hiking trails and which restaurants in Bolzano, San Genesio and the surrounding area are worth visiting. The inns of Langfenn, Lanzenschuster and Tschaufenhaus can be reached in walks from 1.5 to 3 hours and offer a good and varied South Tyrolean cuisine.

Our "neighbors" are five horses; On request we can arrange horse riding lessons.

By the way everything is bilingual in South Tyrol: Italian and German. In Italian, is the village of San Genesio.

During the high season from June to October, as well as Christmas and New Year the minimum stay is one week.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Wohnung sauber und top ausgestattet (inkl. Induktionsherd & viel Koch-Equipment). Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Ein paar Haken im Bad für Handtücher wären noch ideal und man sollte wissen, dass der Garten nicht komplett privat ist, da die Nachbarn von der zweiten Ferienwohnung beim Rausgehen am eigenen Sitzplatz vorbeikommen. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert!

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Unterkunft hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, war sehr sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was man benötigt. Mit dem eingezäunten Grundstück sowie dem Teich eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war schnell und problemlos. Verblijf voor de echte hickers

De woning was zeer proper bij aankomst, ligt ideaal voor getrainde wandelaars. De verhuurder is zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Wij hadden wat pech met het weer, maar hadden toch een fijne tijd in de regio. Enkele punten van verbetering, misschien een rekje om de handdoeken te drogen, als het weer wat tegen zit, zoals bij ons, zou dit wel handig zijn. Ook een microgolfoven zou zeker een plus zijn. De grote tuin en zwemvijver zijn zeker een plus als je reist met een hond zoals ons. Zeker de moeite waard, deze woning.

Sehr moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Für Hunde sehr zu empfehlen da der Garten komplett umzäunt ist. Ein Riesen Garten mit 6000qm ca. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Ferienhaus vorhanden für 3-4 Autos. Jenesien liegt ca auf 1100meter Höhe, und von der Ferienwohnung gehen einige Wanderwege ab. Bäckerei ist auch in Jenesien ca 5min mit dem Auto. Ansonsten gibt es zu sagen dass man keine steckdosenadapter braucht da alle Steckdosen dem deutschen standart entsprechen. Für einige Ausflugsziele die spannend sind muss man allerdings immer ein Stück weit fahren(ca.20-60km), aber man kann alles noch ganz gut erreichen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen die Ferienwohnung

Super Lage, tolles Haus und Garten

Wir waren mit unserem Labrador für 10 Tage in dem kleinen Appartement. Genauso eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber. Sehr netter Eigentümer. Garten und kleiner Schwimmteich für Hunde perfekt. Von dort kann man sofort zum Wandern starten ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Zwei perfekte Urlaubswochen im September

Sehr schönes Studio, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und lässt Mensch- und Hundeherzen höher schlagen. Vor allem der Schwimmteich wurde von unserem Hund nach einer langen Wanderung gerne zur Abkühlung genutzt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wer gerne wandert ist hier genau richtig. Zahlreiche, wunderschöne Wanderwege beginnen sofort vor der Haustür. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.

Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit riesiger Gartenanlage. Ideal für Hundebesitzer. Unserer hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Wohnung fehlt leider eine eigene Terrasse. Aber es gibt einen Gemeinschaftssitzplatz am Eingang. Dadurch kommt man mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Wald. Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür. Für Leute die Ruhe suchen und die Natur lieben sehr gut. Die Verbindungen nach Bozen mit Bus oder Seilbahn sind gut erreichbar. Die Gastronomie im Ort ist gut, auch wer reiten möchte hat in Jenesien gute Möglichkeiten. Empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt auf einem tollen Grundstück, komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund auch oft mit den anderen Hunden toben konnte. Die Wanderwege sind gut markiert und beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben sehr schöne Wanderungen gemacht😀. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Why they chose this property

The house is set in a peacefully quiet clearing in the forest, right on the European long distance hiking trail E5 that connects Lake Constance (Bodensee) with Venice and Verona. We will be happy to give you some hiking tips and recommend some good restaurants in Bolzano, San Genesio and the local area. The hiking region extends from San Genesio to Hafling and Merano. The Salto plateau, with its sweeping alpine meadows and larch woods, is just a few steps from our house. Hiking over the Salto will afford you panoramic views of the high mountain ridges nearby. Our "neighbours" are five horses and we can arrange riding sessions for you if desired.
