Special features: 300 m to fishing and swimming lake (2 ha). Orchard, approx. 120 different fruit trees. Some sources and a biotope. Approximately 50 nesting aids on the property, there are breeding birds, barn owls, hawks, various species of chewing in addition to many songbirds. In our lake with the water quality 'very good' you can fish day and night. Animals are welcome! Périgord: If you are new to Périgord: the old county around the Dordogne, formerly part of the Roman province of Aquitaine and the 15th century property of the English crown, is located in southwestern France, 100 kilometers northeast of Bordeaux and 500 kilometers south of Paris. In the Périgord you will find more castles and palaces than on the Loire and more mushrooms and truffles than anywhere else. There they still exist, the small typical French Épicerien, Boulangerien, Boucherien and bistros, the intimate restaurants with the luscious menus and the weekly farmers markets in the picturesque market places.
