À Ă©viter absolument

A Ă©viter absolument ! J’ai rĂ©servĂ© 4 semaines une chambre prĂ©vue pour max 4 personnes avec un tarif par nuit. Lors de la rĂ©servation j’ai annoncĂ© 2 personnes et tout de suite annoncĂ© par e-mail que 2 enfants nous accompagneraient la premiĂšre et derniĂšre semaine. Aucune rĂ©ponse pendant 2 semaines. J’ai ensuite tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© et le propriĂ©taire m’a parlĂ© (en allemand) de maniĂšre assez sĂšche et m’a informĂ© qu’il y aurait un petit supplĂ©ment pour les 2 enfants, sans mentionner de montant. Lors de la prise des clĂ©s ce monsieur nous a annoncĂ© un prix soit disant officiel pour 2 personnes supplĂ©mentaires nettement plus Ă©levĂ© que le prix rĂ©servĂ©, qu’il a ensuite Ă©tĂ© rapidement d’accord de rĂ©duire d’environ un tiers. Mais il a encore exigĂ© une « city tax » qui n’avait Ă©tĂ© mentionnĂ©e nulle part, en sus du prix de base ! Aucune discussion n’a Ă©tĂ© possible, bien que sur le site, une rĂ©servation pour 4 personnes donne exactement le mĂȘme tarif que pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait plusieurs fois absent aux rendez-vous qu’il avait fixĂ© et m’a raccrochĂ© au nez au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Nous avons finalement eu le choix de payer cash le montant exigĂ© ou le prix initialement annoncĂ© (1/3 de plus) selon une facture « officielle » envoyĂ©e par e-mail via le site de rĂ©servation. Mis Ă  part cela la chambre est dans un Ă©tat trĂšs moyen, les couloirs plutĂŽt sales et certaines prises Ă©lectriques mal fixĂ©es. AprĂšs une semaine de sĂ©jour 3 agents de police ont frappĂ© Ă  notre porte : ils cherchaient une personne qui d’aprĂšs leurs informations aurait dĂ» habiter notre chambre !

VĂŠrter uden nogen form for professionelintet

VÊrten kunne ikke snakke engelsk, hvilke gjorde det svÊrt at kommunikere fra start. VÊrelset stod ikke klar ved ankomst og kontoret havde lukket under hele opholdet. Da vi skulle hjem havde vi glemt vigtige smykker pÄ vÊrelset, men da vi havde afleveret nÞglen, mÄtte vi vente 3 timer pÄ at blive lukket ind igen. Da vi kommer ind pÄ vÊrelset har en fra personalet vÊret inde pÄ vÊrelset uden os og gemme smykkerne. Vi fandt dem heldigvis, men det var tydeligt at deres intention havde vÊret, at vi ikke skulle have de smykker med hjem. Alt i alt en virkelig dÄrlig oplevelse og aldrig noget vi vil anbefale til andre.
