The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You don't have to strip the bedding or remove the towels; please leave them as is, which makes it easier for our cleaners to apply spot treatment where needed before washing.
Please don't throw away canned, dried, boxed, or usable food, or drinks. Please keep it cold in the fridge and we will distribute it to those in need later.
1. Load and run the dishwasher 2. Turn off all lights and fans. Set the thermostat's cool setting to 78 3. Put your trash in bags and place the trash bags in the kitchen 4. Return the key to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SMOKING: $150 if rules are violated and extra cleaning fee applied if cigarette butts found in the garden.
PETS: No pets allowed in bed or on furniture. Pets must go outside. Guests must pick up after their pets or forfeit pet deposit.

This home was spot on exactly what the listing said it would be. It was perfect for me, my daughter, my granddaughter, and my sister, along with a small dog. The backyard gave the granddaughter and the dog a place to run around and enjoy the warm weather. We were not attending an event at AT&T Stadium but if we ever were, this would be the ideal location. I loved the master bath shower system. It was something I had been wanting to try out. I will now be looking for that for my own home.All the beds were extremely comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much, but it appeared anything you could need would be there. The coffee bar in the dining area was fantastic and had everything you could need.The house was a perfect 10 for everything that we needed for a spring break get away.
