We fell in love with the white sand beach on our first visit Mandalay Beach in Oxnard, we decided that we will get a home around here one day be able to retire. We found this townhome have it rented while we are still working. We explored the area and discovered there is so much more that the beach. There is an easy access to outdoor activities like fishing, surfing, paddle boarding and just enjoy the beautiful sunset. The landscape is an escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles, you can drive around the strawberry fields and get fresh organic products from local farmers market. The best thing about our property is the most amazing beach are located a block away and its never crowded, you can set up a tent or bring a beach chair and enjoy the endless sunset. We would like to share our beach experience to your family.

The space
Oxnard Dunes Townhome is a wonderful spacious town home for families or friends wanting to meet up and enjoy Southern California beach living. Just a block north is Channel Islands - perfect for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The beautiful Oxnard Mandalay Beach and Pacific Ocean is just out the front door, a block away is Channel Islands - great for wind sailing, kayaking, sailing or walking the dog along the boardwalk. Oxnard Dunes Townhome is a 2-floor unit with a cozy back yard for barbecues, perfect for family or friends wanting a bit more space. Our two full bathrooms have recently been remodeled and a half bath is available on the ground floor. The town home rooms are all on second, there is an access from the main street and a second entrance off the alley. Street parking is in front of the townhome or garage parking is available upon request.

Guest access
Oxnard Dunes Townhome provides a washer & dryer, laundry soap & large soaking sink. Included is a large garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach towels. There is a side door directly off the garage for easy wash off from beach or bay or perhaps to clean up after a day playing on the beach. Not to mention a new BBQ grill.

Other things to note
Our neighbors are close; however Oxnard Dunes Townhome is very private. You can walk to both Channel Islands and the beach or even to Hollywood Beach (about a 15-minute walk) for a bite to eat or shop. There are over 200 shops & restaurants. Bike rentals, paddle board rentals and kayak rentals are just a short distance away.

Enjoy beach living in this spacious, comfortable townhouse. Just a half a mile out the front door is our beautiful Pacific Ocean on Oxnard Mandalay Beach. A block in the other direction is Channel Islands - perfect for those wishing to swim, paddle board, sail or go kayaking.
