Stintino. The holiday apartment is located on a property with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The villas are semi-detached and multi-family. The residence is a villa complex on a hill, in Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres from Stintino. In the immediate vicinity, there is a market, which is open at the discretion of the private managers, usually from June to September. The residential complex is situated on a hill that steeply slopes down to the so-called "mare di fuori," the western part of Stintino. The coastline on this side of the land is high and rugged, consisting alternately of sandy and pebbly coves. The nearby beach of Le Saline, which faces the inner coast, is more sheltered and is characterised by its gently sloping seabed. It is only 3 km away, while the famous beach of La Pelosa is about 10 km away. Therefore, the use of a car is recommended. Access is via a side road. Parking on the property.
