Holiday Apartment in Marina di Massa, Ronchi for 4 people with terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and small garden.
It is located about 1200 meters from the sea, easily reachable by bike along the streets that cross the pine forest.
The apartment is on the first floor and on the ground floor it has a small garden and laundry area with washing machine and warm shower.
There are two parking spaces in the condominium parking lot.
2 Bikes included.
The apartment is very bright thanks to the many windows which also makes it very airy and therefore cool in summer.
Entrance on living room-kitchen with: Armchairs, TV, Air condition, kitchen island with fridge, dishwasher, oven, and extractor hood.
Large glass door leading to the terrace with outdoor furniture, dining table and an induction plate for outdoor cooking.
Two double bedrooms, one with a balcony.
Bathroom with double sink, large shower, toilet, and bidet.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Final Cleaning, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in appartamento molto accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort, nonché di ottimo posto auto condominiale in spazio chiuso. Location in zona signorile e molto tranquilla a pochi minuti dal mare e dalle spiagge attrezzate Host super attivo e super gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

La casa è molto carina, con una veranda esterna veramente speciale, che ci ha permesso di stare all'aperto anche nei giorni di brutto tempo. Con le biciclette fornite dalla casa è possibile raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti e muoversi tra forte dei marmi e marina di massa. La zona è tranquilla, consigliato!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, schön eingerichtet, sehr schöne Terrasse, an Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Gut war auch der eigene Eingang und der kleine Garten. Gerne wieder :)
