quiet location perfect for relaxing

Very nice and helpful hostess. Great quiet location with a beautiful sweeping view of the sea. We could use the large pool alone. Everything one could need was available at the apartment. We liked everything very much

Sehr erholsam

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Ich kann bestätigen, was die Vorgänger in den Rezensionen geschrieben haben. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, von daher ist man wirklich für sich. Der Pool trägt einen maßgeblichen Faktor zum Wohlfühlen bei: Eine sehr willkommene Abkühlung bei der Augusthitze. Claudia ist sehr entgegenkommend und reagiert prompt und mit vielen Vorschlägen zur Umgebung. Sie hat die Wohnung in den letzten Jahren liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Meerblick ist sehr schön, wie von den Vorgängern beschrieben, nicht vom Pool aus zu sehen, hauptsächlich vom Wohnzimmer / vom Esstisch aus. Oder aber man nimmt einen Stuhl und setzt sich oberhalb vom Pool. Als Ausflugstipp können wir u. a. eine Wanderung von Colonnata bei Carrara sehr empfehlen: Der Weg Nr. 195 (?) war etwas steil am Anfang und auch steinig, aber wunderschön. Lange Zeit großartigen Meer- und Bergblick! Claudia gibt gerne Tipps für gute Strände i.d.N. In Viareggio gibt es viele Privatstrände, für die man zahlen muss, aber etwas weiter links an den Dünen gibt es einen freien Naturstrand. Puccini-Festival am See mit Freilichtbühne ist auch sehr empfehlenswert!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! It was very centrally located to many interesting places to visit like Pisa, Lucca, the beach, and Apuan Alpes. Also having the pool for ourselves, enough places in the garden and comfortable seats to enjoy being outside. With the warmth the aircondition was perfect. The only downside are the midgets. Claudia was a great host!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool und die Ruhemöglichkeiten waren toll Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine). Wer Sorge um ein großes Auto hat oder ungern fährt, dem könnte die Anfahrt auf dem letzten Kilometer auf einer sehr engen Straße Kopfzerbrechen bereiten.

sehr empfehlenswert

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit ländlichem Ambiente. Guter Ausgang zum Meer und für Wanderer in die Apuanischen Alpen. Sehr schöne Strände und herrliche Landschaften. Die Gartenterrasse unterm Olivenbaum und der stes gereinigte Pool eignen sich zur Ganztageserholung bei der Wohnung. Pisa, Lucca, Carrara und einladende Bergdörfer, jede Menge historisch Interessantes in der Nähe - was will man mehr. Dazu eine Super Vermieterin/ Gastgeberin die viele Tips zu Wanderungen, Ausflügen und Restaurants gibt. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die allergischen Reaktionen auf Stechmückenstiche bei meiner Frau, vermutlich von Sandmücken. Meeresblick vom Pool aus nur wenn die Olivenbäume zurückgeschnitten werden. Wir wünschen Claudia weiterhin viele Feriengäste und können uns ein Wiederkommen vorstellen.
