NEW opened in 2019 ▫️ Living "In a small style l" in the heart of Linz on the Rhine

The apartment is located in the city center and is lovingly equipped with everything you need for a short break.
It is a separate apartment (about 22sqm) on the ground floor, each with a queen size bed, closet, sitting area, a kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, kettle, Senseo, fridge) and a bathroom with shower.
I am able to accommodate 4 people in 2 apartments, which are separated by a hallway. See "small-style ll".
A folder with a lot of useful information is being created. Non smoking apartment (on the doorstep possible), pets are welcome.
Linz is a small charming town with several shops, pubs and cafes. There are antique and flea markets, barrel organ festivals, wine festival, old-fashioned Christmas market, Linz lights, carnival events, entertainment in the town hall, the traditional rattling over Easter and especially in summer several events, which are only a few minutes away.
Good connection by train (about 10 minutes walk) to Bonn / Cologne or Neuwied / Koblenz.
Many also travel by boat or by bus. In Linz itself everything is within walking distance, parking rather outside, not in the city center.
Also popular are the well-known hiking trails such as the Rheinsteig or nearby attractions such as u. a. the Drachenfels (Königswinter), relics of the bridge of Remagen or the German Eck in Koblenz. In addition, Linz and the surrounding area are wine-growing regions, which makes the wine festivals popular.
