The 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor in the front part of the house. The living area with sofa and TV leads to the balcony with garden furniture. The balcony looks onto Heinrich-Heine-Str. towards the spa park and promenade. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and dishwasher. Entspannte Tage in ausbaufähiger Unterkunft

Leider hat die Schlüsselübergabe über die Vermittlunsagentur überhaupt nicht geklappt. Erst auf Anfrage über die Notfallnummer wurde mir der Code für den Schlüsselkasten übermittelt! Die Deckenleuchte war defekt und der Kühlschrank auch. Es gibt Eierlöffel aber keine Eierbecher. Die Toilettenbürste war verschmutzt. Am Montag im Büro hat sich niemand für den missglückten Auftakt entschuldigt, noch nachgefragt, ob mit der Wohnung alles in Ordnung ist. Der Balkon und das Sofa ist das Highlight. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in Ordnung. Aber kein W- Lan . Warnemünde war , wie immer, schön !
