The balcony looks onto Heinrich-Heine-Str. towards the spa park and promenade. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and dishwasher. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
A parking lot in the technology park (DT), which can be reached on foot, can be rented for € 9.00 / night if available.
Towels and bed linen are provided as standard.
Note: Currently there may be noise disturbances due to construction in the neighborhood, which may affect you as well.
