House was nice. Was good having walk in shower for my 100 year old Mom. Would be nice to have bars in shower. Beds was very comfortable. Couch and chairs was okay. Very nice set up in the kitchen with table and bar.We would stay again if come to the area for family function.
Nice home with plenty of room for my party of 4 adults. Quiet neighborhood.

Remove the worn-out rugs and replace the sofa. They both had the place smelling bad and the rug in one bedroom was a tripping hazard, the ends are curled up.

I am sorry you were not pleased. The rugs are not worn, they are the Abrash style that is meant to have variations in color, tone and ink. I certainly will address thd rig that needs tacking down.
Great house. Very clean and comfortable. Rented the house for the Baseball All-Star festivities. Great location for Truist park. It's a short Uber ride or drive.
Charming house in a well kept, quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities! Love the location... super close to anything you'd want to do in ATL or Marietta while being slightly out of the hubbub and traffic. The bakery down the street is a must-stop! Thanks, we had a great time!

Thank you so much for the review. We loved hosting you and so pleased you enjoyed your stay.
Property was clean. It was within 4 miles of my destination but we also spent some time in Atlanta. It was a great long weekend. The place made it better for the seven of us.
My experience wasnt the best, but yhe owner was willing to work with me when it came to issues i came across and that made the stay doable. The kitchen doesnt have a sponge or anything so we resulted in using a wash cloth for dishes, there was crumbs in my bed before I got in it, the toilet seat was broken and in the room with the twin beds the sheets smelled like urine. We ended up cleaning a lot for ourselves but again anna was very accomodating in giving us a return on the cleaning fee, as this wasnt in her control and was up to rhe cleaning crew. Overall I enjoyed the stay beaide those few things.

I had my cleaners go over after you left to make sure that there was absolutely no urine or any other smells on that bed. I have matress covers that ensure that we do not have those issues. They were absolutely clean. I'm sorry you had issues with your stay as I gave you a discount.
We were in town for an athletic event at the Cobb center. It was a short trip but nice to get away from the busy area. All the folks in our group thought the house was great and much better than a hotel. The Sandorean bakery just down the road has great food too.
Geat food too.
We only stayed for 3 nights, due to splitting our week in two different states. The house was perfect and would consider it for a longer stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were in town for an A’s game. Close to the airport too. I would give this stay 5 stars!!! Thanks!

We LOVED our stay! We rented this charming 3bd/2ba home for the weekend to celebrate with my 23 yr old daughter and a couple of her friends. Now, to know me is to know I clean EVERYTHING when I enter a rental space. I did not have to do that here! Ann’s place was immaculate! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and if ever we need another getaway , we will be back!
Headboards not attached to beds, pillows uncomfortable, limited kitchen supplies, no dish cloths, peeling paint, dirty shower curtains. Planned to grill, no propane, had to go fill it.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, if guests don't let me know the propane is out, I am unaware. I appreciate you replacing it and was happy to pay you for that. I also would have sent somwone over with a replacement had you let me know. The kitchen is fully stocked and has 2 dish towels with the extra in the drawer next to the stove. I will check to see what may be missing in the kitchen to be able to replace it. We always strive to have a 5 star experience. Ann
She was very helpful in this my time of need. Quick to respond and efficient enough space outside on the balcony where I spent the vast majority of the time with my children
This home was built in the 1960s. If you’re looking for an older home, this may be the one. The neighborhood was quiet. My only negative was the constant barking of a dog on the street behind the house. The rooms seemed smaller than pictured and there were a lot of area rugs. She was responsive about the heat not working. However the set temperature kept changing because the house is drafty. I liked being able to watch my YouTube TV programs.

Thank you for your review. The entire inside of the house has been remodeled in 2023 with all modern finishes, new furniture as well as a brand new large deck. The thermostat is a Nest learning and adjusts to people being in the home, not draftyness. I could have stopped the eco adjustments if you would have mentioned it.

Disappointment
I stayed here with my dad and uncle for our first vacation together and it was a huge disappointment. One of the main reasons we decided to stay at this rental was because it had a deck and outdoor bbq grill. The grill was filthy and they had no metal brush to clean it with. As a result, the food we purchased specifically to grill has to be cooked indoors (we never used the deck). We went to use the air fryer and it was filthy, went to use the oven that was filthy. There were dead bugs on the living room floor, the window located right above the kitchen sink was filthy, the edges around the outer perimeter of the shower was dirty, the toilet brush was not properly stowed away, the shower curtains had missing hooks, the pans and baking dishes all had to be recleaned and they provided no sponge. I couldn't even sleep well the last two nights thinking about the bugs. The property manager I spoke with initially tried to dismiss my complaint about the bugs saying its a "wooded" area, so having bugs is common. Honestly, I would not consider the location of the home to be "wooded" as its not inside the woods like a cabin but, a typical rural neighborhood. The property manager ended up offering (not proactively) return my cleaning fee. She did offer to send a cleaning crew but, I declined that because our plans were always in a flux and would have needed to give them six hrs to clean the home (check out is at 10am and check-in is at 4pm).
