The apartment is located on the first floor of the Matthias Petersen house, in Haidweg 26 in Wyk. There is a lift in the house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living / dining room furnished with beautiful pine furniture. Due to its quiet location and close to the south beach, your apartment offers an ideal starting point for your stay on the North Sea island of Föhr. A bus stop is just a few meters away and a bakery is nearby. The spacious living room has a seating area, a nice dining area and a sleeping coach. The bedroom of the apartment offers plenty of light through a large window and a large wardrobe enough space for your belongings. In the newly equipped kitchen is enough space for the preparation of the meals. The modern shower room is also well equipped. In the apartment Wi-Fi is available.

The Matthias-Petersen-Haus offers the following facilities in addition to the good location to the beach:

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Das Schlazimmer ist nicht gut belüftet und es empfiehlt sich, die Zimmertür offen zu lassen. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, auch eine gute Schlafcouch. Das neu renovierte Badezimmer ist sehr schön.

War jetzt das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung. Und auch jetzt gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war sauber, und in der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden. Naja, ein neuer Dosenöffner wäre vielleicht mal angebracht. Aber das ist auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Der Servicekontakt bei der Begrüßung war sehr nett u, sehr freundlich, alles ganz locker und problemlos. :-) Komme gerne wieder :-)

Entspannter Urlaub

Alles super. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen Extras( z.B. Wärmflasche). Bushaltestation fast vor der Tür. Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung.

Eine saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die mit einem Starterpaket gut ausgestattet war.

Eine saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die mit einem Starterpaket gut ausgestattet war. Auch das Bettwäsche- und Handtuchpaket kann man weiterempfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, da sich eine Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet und der Strand ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder runden das positive Bild ab. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Negativ war es, dass während der Mietzeit die Hausmeisterin unangemeldet die Wohnung betritt, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Das ist definitiv nicht in Ordnung.
