Welcome to the house on the south beach in Parkstrasse 01!

The very attractive multi-family house is located directly on the south beach of Wyk. The apartment no. 01 is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace with garden furniture.

Only a few meters you are here from the beach. Only the garden and the Stockmannsweg lies between the house and the North Sea - what more could you want? Your apartment is ideal for families with children, because you may even send the "little ones" alone. In a prime location, directly on the promenade and directly on the beach, the "Haus Südstrand" in the Parkstr. 1 in Wyk optimal conditions for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea island Föhr. The 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is about 60 m² in size. From the terrace you can enjoy a clear view of the Wadden Sea of the North Sea, the Halligen and the neighboring island of Amrum. The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd Bedroom equipped with a single bed. A fully equipped kitchen and a shower room are also part of the apartment. A parking lot is located on our property. The garden invites you to linger, relax, play games and coffee. The fine sandy beach welcomes you right outside the door. The beach cafes "Schapers" and "Pietschis" are within walking distance on the new promenade. A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.
The spacious apartment with plenty of space and development possibilities makes your holiday, not only in summer weather, a pleasant and relaxing stay. A communal washer / dryer is in the basement available to our guests.

The golf enthusiasts among you will also get their money's worth, because Schleswig-Holstein's largest and most beautiful 27-hole golf course is within walking distance within 20 minutes.

Einige Ecken sind aufgrund der Außenwände etwas spakig.Die Holzfenster waren an nassen Tagen feucht. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer war jeden Tag wieder klasse. Die Räume sind groß genug und mit viel Stauraum. Das Bad hat kein Außenminister, dafür eine Lüftung. Das Schlafzimmer hat bequeme Matratzen und ist sehr ruhig. Zu Silvester gab es einen netten Neujahrsgruß an die Tür. Für den Hund sind vielseitige Spaziermöglichkeiten in der nächsten Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Objekt war sehr abgewohnt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Die Sauberkeit war überhaupt nicht gut.Lage des Objekt ist gut. Preisleistung passt durch den schlechten Zustand der Wohnnung überhaupt nicht.

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter!Es ist schade um die Wohnung, sie würde viel schöner sein, wenn sie rundum gestrichen würde und bessere Bettdecken Kopfkissen vorhanden wären.Gruß an den Südstrand!

Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Jedoch war deutlich sichtbar, dass die Wohnung, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Wohnung, mit Ausnahme der Couch und des Sessels, sowie des Herdes und der Terrassenmöbel, bereits in die Jahre gekommen war. Auch die Duschkabine zeigte deutliche Spuren der Alterung. Aber die gute Lage hat uns entschädigt.
