One month minimum Stay required. This home is located in sought after Costa Serena, a 55+ community. The full time occupants must be 55 years old, the other may be 45 or older. Children and guest are welcomed to stay over night up to 30 days. Come relax and enjoy the cool breezes in this Newley remodeled home. New 55 in. TV, plush king mattress in the master with a new queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. New leather electric recliner to relax in and watch your favorite TV show. Great outdoors with a covered patio sitting area and table and 4 chairs. Please let me know if you are bring pets and if so how many. There is $100/ea. pet fee. Internet (WIFI), water and trash are covered. Gas and electric are covered up to $100/mo.

I think the living room furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa and recliner are not in good shape, Very uncomfortable . The streeming service on TV was awful, no live tv. We couldn’t park our car in the garage because she had furniture stored in there. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. No pantry suppl

Review for handicapped travelers

This property is simple and clean. New appliances. Fairly well stocked kitchen. There is a fenced in backyard with a covered seating area, which is nice. If you are handicapped, which my wife is, the following info might be helpful. The rental is all on the first floor, no stairs and no steps. However, the door to the bathroom is so narrow my wife struggled to get her standard sized walker through the doorway. And the clearance between the door of the shower and the toilet was too narrow for her to safely get in as there are no grab bars. Finally, the landlord charges for utilities above a certain level. Because the house is so poorly insulated and California was experiencing a cold spell, we had to pay an extra $100+ when we left. We will not be returning.
