The bright, spacious interior come recently updated with all new flooring, fixtures, and stylish design.

After the day's adventures, unwind with a cold drink on the patio or head kick back on the living room sofa to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. You'll find all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and the adjacent dining table accommodates six for sit-down meals. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs for privacy from household living areas on the main floor. Primary guests will enjoy a private, updated en suite complete with a separate tub and shower. An additional full bathroom is shared between the other two guest rooms. A shared, half-bath is located downstairs for guest convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
