Kihei Bay Vista B-102 is located just a 45 second walk to the longest stretch of white sand beach on Maui, this air-conditioned condo is fresh, newly-updated, and completely furnished to host your romantic Maui getaway or family (up to four) adventure. Spectacular Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, just across the street, spans six miles and features great morning snorkeling, and several miles of beach that invite secluded, private exploration. You're likely to see sea turtles, an array of exotic bird life, an occasional seal, and lots of whales right off the shoreline during the winter season.

This low-density, low-rise resort is nestled in the swaying Palms, floral Plumeria, and a variety of other tropical beauty that sets the tone to create those Maui memories. There are conveniences nearby (a store and a few restaurants), but the property is wonderfully removed from the high-density tourist rush that is a few miles south.

The condo features every necessity and convenience to host four, beginning with a fully equipped kitchen set up to prepare your island feast, sourced from the nearby crop-to-table Farmer's Market. Feel the prevailing trades from the privacy of your lanai with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage before a sunset walk on the beach.

Lightning-fast internet keeps you connected with the home-front, or you can disconnect completely alongside a refreshing fresh-water pool and Jacuzzi. An array of premium cable channels are available from living room and bedroom TV's. Beach gear, including Tommy Bahama Chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels, are all provided.

Good time

Aloha. We spend a very good time in Maui. The condo was confortable and well located. Noting missing. Washer and dyrer in the condo was appreciated. The only problem was the the lack of soundproofing of the ceiling. We heard a lot noise (impact noises) from the condo above us (2 floor)

Great Location

Overall this place was in a great location and perfect for a few people to stay at. Its walkable and surrounded by lots of beaches, shops, and grocery stores. It was also perfectly in the middle where it wasn't too far to drive places. One thing that was unfortunate was that there were little bugs in the bathroom as well as the kitchen counter so we had to keep everything in the fridge.

Kihei bay vista

The lock box does not work properly. Hard to get ahold of anyone to remidy situation. Locked us out mutiple occasions. Code reset every two days. No one on site to correct problem. Dishwasher drain cloged and leaking.
