Kauhale Makai #330 is a Lovely Oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with beautiful views of the Ocean, pool and hot tub from both living room and bedroom. Central A/C, fast Wi-Fi. Short walk across lawn to beach. Enjoy amazing views while dining from the balcony lanai. Well equipped kitchen, large smart TV in living room, Queen Size memory foam sofa bed. Main Bedroom has King Sized bed with Ocean Views, large TV, and Private Balcony Lanai overlooking Pool/Hot Tub. Condo Sleeps 4. Unit equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrella. On-site smartphone operated laundry available. No fee parking lot. Putting green. Tennis court/Pickle ball privileges. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kauhale Makai has a volleyball court and putting green on-site, and is a 5-minute walk to public tennis courts at Luana Kai Resort.

Great base camp

After spending a couple days at a resort hotel we stayed here. It was a great base camp as the plan was to go explore the island and do stuff. Had everything we needed including a great balcony to have coffee on.

We loved sitting out on the balcony eating breakfast looking at the pool and ocean. Condo decorations were a wonderful beach vibe. Beach chairs, fins, and snorkel were nice to have in room to borrow. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. My daughter had her wedding on a beach while we were in Maui and staying at the condo was convenient for all the activities we did while in Maui. I would recommend staying at this condo.

Beautiful location comfortable unit

This was our first time staying here and it really is a hidden gem. Small complex with ocean views. Screen on lanai helps with the afternoon heat, but the AC works fine. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Quiet, very little noise. Park is right outside lanai.

Family stay in Kihei

Our family spent a week in Kihei. The apartment was great and met all our needs. It had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and more for the beach. The only downside was the unit was for sale so we had to leave for a showing and check out early for an inspection.

The beach access was so close to go out and watch the sunset every night. I appreciate the starter kit of supplies and it was more than plenty! Also such a great touch to have chairs, snorkel gear, and beach towels! They came in handy! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! Our only complaint was that the knives were dull so it was hard to things...must be a lot of guests trying to cut pineapples like us over all the visits :)

Just right

For retirees, the bed makes all the difference sometimes and this bed was great! The complex is a bit older, but this unit was nicely updated. Coming from 30 degree weather, we found the bedroom to be a bit too warm with no fan, but overall the unit was just right for us. Close enough to town and beaches, restaurants, just a few minutes from everything.
