About this property

From May 2019 we offer three beautiful, exclusive apartments on the island of Nordstrand for holiday rentals. See also Schimmelreiter (2877591) and Pole Poppenspäler (2877589).

The apartments Viola Tricolor and Schimmelreiter can also be interconnected by means of a connecting door (soundproof door).

Our completely renovated apartments on Nordstrand are furnished with great attention to detail and meet high standards.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is dishes for at least 12 people (per apartment) available.

Each apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV in the living room area and a second TV in the bedroom.

The spacious bathrooms have a hair dryer.

All apartments have access to a sauna, the use of which is included in the price.

Wi-Fi is also available for free.

Each apartment in Anna's Huus has a private entrance and a terrace with seating and barbecue.

From the terraces you have a magnificent view over fields and meadows to the evergreen North Sea dyke.

Outside, a playground with a swing, slide and sandpit makes children's hearts beat faster.

Our lockable garden house offers storage for bicycles or strollers.

A clothes dryer can be found there as well.

In addition, there is a barbecue area, which allows all our guests, even once together to barbecue and get to know each other.

You have a total of 11 bicycles available, which can be used free of charge (at your own risk) after consultation with other guests.

For all apartments, we also offer a baby cot and a highchair on request.

Out of consideration for subsequent guests may not smoke in the house.

As you can see, everything is taken care of so that you can enjoy your holiday in peace.

Registered dogs are welcome to bring along for an additional cleaning fee, but unfortunately, cats must stay outside (allergy risk).

The community Nordstrand charges a tourist tax, which is collected through the landlord. Currently this is € 2.2 per day and adult. In low season 1 €. This fee is listed as an administration fee.

Schöne Unterkunft

Eine schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir sind leider in einer verregneten Zeit dort gewesen, so dass wir uns viel in der Ferienwohnung aufhalten mussten. Dafür hätte ich mir bequemere Stühle gewünscht. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe fand man auch alles, wie z. B. Bäcker, Edeka, Restaurants. Vielleicht haben wir beim nächsten Mal mehr Glück mit dem Wetter.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut und es hat alles gut geklappt. Nun haben wir eine neue lieblings Wohnung, die wir sehr gerne wieder mieten.

Schöner Nordseeurlaub

Alles da, was man braucht. Für 4 Personen kann es etwas eng bzw. umständlicher werden, wenn man sich länger drinnen aufhält und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nutzt. Wir haben stattdessen den Schlafsessel im Schlafzimmer ausgeklappt und zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 kleinere Kinder) im Schlafzimmer geschlafen.

Eigentlich schöne Wohnung, aber einige Störfaktoren

Wir wollten 2 Wochen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub und fürs Kind einen Garten zum Spielen. Mit der Ruhe war leider nichts- die komplette Hauptdurchfahrtsstraße durch den Ort ist auf mehreren Kilometer komplett aufgerissen! Ab 7 Uhr morgens fuhren große Baufahrzeuge vor dem Haus hin- und laut piepend rückwärts wieder her. Das Auto war nach 2 Tagen so dreckig als wäre man die Rally Paris-Dakar mitgefahren. Man wusste nie, zu welcher Seite die Bauarbeiter einen am jeweiligen Tag raus lassen würden! Teilweise mussten wir für eine Strecke von normalerweise 5 min über 30 min Umleitung fahren! Eigentlich wollten wir bis Samstag bleiben- ab Donnerstag kamen wir aber gar nicht mehr zum Haus hin oder weg mit dem Auto! Also parkten wir weiter entfernt, um dann früh am Freitag abzureisen! Leider hatte der Vermieter es im Vorfeld NICHT für nötig gehalten, uns über diese große Baustelle zu informieren. Wir waren auf einen Kinderwagen und einen Rollstuhl angewiesen- es war eine Tortur, diesen über die Schotterpiste zu schieben. Leider war auch der angepriesene Spielplatz im Garten teilweise nicht benutztbar! Der Sandkastendeckel lies sich nicht öffnen- er ist stark verrostet und das Holz so morsch, dass Verletzungsgefahr für denjenigen der ihn öffnet, aber auch für die Kinder besteht. Der Vermieter war leider nicht wirklich einsichtig. Bis jetzt ist er der Meinung, es wäre nicht seine Aufgabe, die Mieter darüber zu informieren! Wir hätten die Wohnung unter diesen Umständen nie gebucht! Zwar zeigte er sich im Verlauf der Kommunikation dann doch freundlich, aber er sah es nicht als sein Problem an, dass wir keinen einzigen Tag morgens ausschlafen konnten bzw teilweise das Haus nicht verlassen konnten. Wären wir umgezogen, hätten wir die Kosten selbst tragen müssen. Einzige eine Verlängerung um 2 Tage hat er uns angeboten- was uns aber nichts genützt hätte, da wir ja das Haus mit dem Auto nicht verlassen hätten können. Leider war dieser Urlaub eine ziemliche Enttäuschung und die Wohnung für diese „Leistung“ eindeutig zu teuer.
