New and high quality furnished apartment with separate entrance, roof terrace and individual garage. Bikers are also very welcome.
The street in which the apartment is located is a dead end and therefore very quiet.

You can enjoy the sun on the wonderfully large roof terrace until it sets behind the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.

The next bus stop is approx. 200m away. The buses to Koblenz run every half hour on weekdays and take around 10 minutes to get to the city center or back towards Arzheim.

The accommodation was very well equipped and facilities were excellent. It was very clean and comfortable and everything you would need for self catering. The wine and fruit on arrival was a nice touch and welcomed. It’s high on the hill so quite a walk into town but if you have a car it’s no problem and the supermarket is only a five minute drive away. I understand the bus service is good but we didn’t use it so can’t comment. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung und super Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Nähe Festung Ehrenbreitstein, gute Autostrecke in die Innenstadt. Terasse mit Abendsonne und Blick auf die Festung. Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Idylle, Organisation und Stadtnähe

Absolut richtige Wahl der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig und bald idyllisch, zusätzlich ist sie wirklich super ausgestattet. Es gibt alles, was gebraucht werden könnte, während des Aufenthaltes. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist auch gut und es sind alle Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele schnell angefahren. Absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

FeWo mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend Trotzdem ist man mit dem ÖPNV innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Koblenzer City. Die Aussicht auf die Festung Ehrenbreitstein ist fabelhaft und die Vermieter sehr nett. Klare Empfehlung.

Einfach alles wie man es sich wünscht 🍀

Wir waren Anfang September für 3 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, die toll ausgestattet ist. Wir sollten zu Hause über unsere Ausstattung nachdenken 😁 Vom Obstteller über Sekt und Bier, die uns nach 60 km Radtouranreise erwartet haben...es ist alles bis ins Detail im positiven Sinne durchdacht. Die Küche hat eine großartige Ausstattung, da ist auch ein Teekenner am Werk 😇 Wir wollen wieder nach Koblenz mit den Bikes...und diese Wohnung möchten wir wieder buchen 👍 Danke für alles liebe Familie Geißler 🍀

Heel fijn vakantiehuis

Wij hebben het verblijf in dit huis heel fijn ervaren. Inrichting was meer dan compleet en met een voor en achterterras goed vertoeven. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar je bent vrij snel in het centrum van Koblenz. We werden allerhartelijkst ontvangen met bloemen op tafel en drank in de koelkast. Zelfs was er een waterbak en iets lekkers voor onze hond Rossi. Dit huis is zeker aan te raden en wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Ferienwohnung bei der sich die Gastgeber viel Mühe gegeben hat. Bei Ankunft gab es ein tolles Begrüßungspaket mit Obstteller, Bier und Sektflasche im Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Serpentinen und schmalen Straßen zur Ferienwohnung sind Gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Allein der Empfang war außergewöhnlich: Blumen auf dem Tisch, Sekt, Bier und Wasser Kalt gestellt. Total gemütlich mit einer großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Festung und kleiner kuscheligen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten. GEemütliche Betten und angenehme Atmosphäre.
