The Villa Cubells is located at the entrance of Cala d'Or, in a quiet cul de sac. Very close to the house there is a large supermarket, the center of Cala d'Or is only 500 meters away. The heart of Cala d'Or is the pedestrian area with restaurants, cafes, live music bars, shops and boutiques. In Cala d'Or there are several sandy coves, the Cala Gran is about 900 meters away, Cala d'Or and Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera are also within easy reach. Enjoy various water sports, visit the exclusive marina with great restaurants. It is possible to enjoy trips aboard a sailboat or a glass bottom boat and to get to know the south-east coast of Majorca with the beautiful sandy coves, the original fishing harbors or the Mondragó nature park.

Villa Cubells is decorated in traditional Ibiza style with white exterior walls. It has a large entrance terrace and another covered terrace in the rear and a small well-kept garden with pool. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with a well equipped American kitchen and breakfast possibility. Furthermore, here is one of the bedrooms with direct access to the garden and a bathroom. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, one of them with a balcony. The bedrooms on the upper floor share a spacious bathroom with double sinks. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating hours from 14:00 -16: 00 and 21: 30-9: 00 clock.

From the entrance terrace and the third bedroom you reach the garden with a covered terrace, a brick barbecue and the round pool (4 m diameter, depth 1.5 m) for sole use. The garden is provided to the neighboring property with a screen and ornamental shrubs. A playground is located about 200 meters from the house.
