Perfect location.

This property was clean and had everything for a nice stay. The pool was very nice and pool area was equipped with chairs and tables, Our unit was perfect for 2 people but 4 could stay if needed. Not far to the beach or beach strip. We have already booked for next year.

We had paid for our granddaughter to stay here and they didn't arrive the 1st night, which was fine; we paid for it anyway. When they arrived, we met them there and they wanted to "show" the room to someone else, just for them to look at it for a next year stay. Our granddaughter had just driven over 700 miles total and they were tired but yet we said, fine go ahead & show it. We got inside and were giving out some gifts we had for them all and a knock at the door. Again, wanting to show the room. We felt that was a bit much and we said, "we are now opening gifts", to which she did say she was sorry and leave. We felt that was really not good... Other than that - the place was really good.

We're a family of three (mom, dad, and daughter) running our small business and living right in Pompano just a few minutes away from our vacation homes for rent. When we're not running house-related errands, we're gardening, swimming, and walking all around Pompano soaking in the views.

Why they chose this property

We love that our street is quiet, clean and spacious, and just a few steps to the beach. In the opposite direction is the Intracoastal Waterway with ample boat and jetski rentals nearby. Walking 10-15 minutes will get you to the Fishing Pier and the Pompano Beach Park! Not to mention all of the restaurants and shops that are around. The neighborhood is also within the vicinity of the free Circuit rides (golf carts that pick you up and drop you off for free) and we love taking advantage of this to get around.

Skip the elevator lines, the stairways, and the crowd and stay at this hassle-free one-story home. Our guests return year after year because they love the layout of our property inside and out. We provide everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, and toys can be found in the shared laundry facility.
