There is no better location than this! Walk out your door, cross the street, and you are on Sunset Beach!
• Adorable 2BR home with pull-out couch. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds.
• Jack-and-Jill bathroom joins the two bedrooms
• Sit on the porch and watch the sunset every night and listen to live music from either Caddy's or the world-famous Katiki's
• Smart TV, kitchen table, and couch let you relax in the common room.
• Full-size washer and dryer
Owner lives in the above unit, as well as there is another 1 bedroom 1 bath that sleeps 6 upstairs that can be rented for large family gatherings or groups. Hostess lives 2 streets over and available by text or in person.

Best neighborhood on the beach, Sunset Beach community is filled with friendly people. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping. Walk, Ride Bikes, Free Beach Ride ( just tip the driver ) Uber, Lyft. Parking is very limited on the beach so a car is really not necessary.
Hostess will meet you to give you the keys.
THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT. PLEASE PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BOAT.
You will have the entire downstairs to yourself with a Private entrance. 2 Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and one full bathroom with shower and also a half bath.

Great location!

My family enjoyed our stay. The place looks just like the pictures. The apartment was clean and had very comfortable beds. It was nice having a washer and dryer.

Location location location

This little quaint rental was the perfect location for a quick beach getaway. It had a nice amount of space for 4 people and could even fit up to 6 if we needed. Some mini kitchen essentials were provided which was nice! Will look forward to coming back again!
