Fabulous house. Fully equipped and perfectly located. Great views of mountains from pool area. Lovely pool and hot tub. Owner so helpful-had pool temperature at high enough temperature that our granddaughters could enjoy it on a very cold day. Highly recommend staying here.

Great house for a group!

We stayed for a mother/daughter girls weekend, 5 moms and 5 girls ages 9-12 and it was perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and super responsive to all our questions. Great vibe for a getaway. 10/10 recommend.

Easy stay in Palm Springs

The house is exactly as presented, and accommodated our friend group of 4 well. It's in a residential neighborhood, so you need a car to access the main strip of cute restaurants, but the pool and backyard are private and fun, and the house is clean.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

The home was clean, beautiful and well appointed with ample towels and most everything in the kitchen that you could require. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature for swimming even in December and the hot tub was lovely. The full sized palms in the backyard and view of the mountains were definitely a plus. Cool books, magazines and games were also available. Centrally located to everything and our family had a wonderful time. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect for a holiday family gathering!

Eight of us from our extended family stayed at the house for a few days over the holidays and it was just the perfect getaway. We had a mix of adults and older teens and the layout, the pool, and the ping pong table (plus the spacious living room for late night movie watching) all provided a fabulous environment for a very fun stay. The house is also so close to downtown PS and we easily wandered back and forth between the two. There was a slight glitch getting into the house, but the host was immediately responsive and we got right in. The kitchen was also amazingly appointed. The only slight con is that there are only 2 bathrooms, so we had to do a fair bit of coordination across our group. Highly recommend overall!

Amazing spacious mid century

Very well decorated, spacious home. Everything was clean, new, and kitchen was well stocked. As aesthetically pleasing as the pictures. Had everything I wanted for a big birthday celebration with my girls. Also so well situated - only a 5 minute drive to downtown and 10 minutes to airport. Check in and check out was also seamless with a very short and reasonable list of to dos. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the space. Felt so large even though there were 9 of us. Also having mirrors all around the house turned out to be super convenient for 9 girls getting ready. Lots of hangout and seating options. Would stay again.

Great house for a full family vacation

Stayed for a week at Christmas, with two families of 4 and our senior parents. Kids ranged from 2 to 12. Experienced travelers all. Pro’s: House was just as described inside and out. Great open floor plan for socializing. Lots of different areas to gather in. Kitchen was the most well-appointed and organized rental kitchen I’ve seen. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels provided. New kitchen appliances. Beautiful yard and the ping pong table was a particular hit. Welcome instructions included a ton of great recommendations. Location was very convenient to downtown and a local park. Quiet neighborhood. Con’s: minus one star for a couple of dried dog feces near the ping pong table and a cigarette butt on the patio. The way the bathrooms are laid out means the master bedroom gets the huge bathroom, and the other three bedrooms share a very small hallway half bathroom. The spa takes about an hour to heat up, but gets satisfyingly hot at that point. And the tile floor in the house means every noise echoes throughout the house — lots of kitchen noise in the bedrooms. Overall, I’d be happy to stay here again.

Perfect home for a girl-group stay

My group of 10 girlfriends and I had the best stay at this property! The pictures were accurate yet the house and backyard felt even larger and more colorful in person. Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious- our group of 10 fit in this home with more than enough room to spare. The amenities were also fabulous, from the well-stocked kitchen to the backyard and pool accoutrements. I would book this home again in a heartbeat!

Victoria Park / Vista Norte Homes in Palm Springs - Located off N. Avenida Caballeros between Racquet Club and Vista Chino in Palm Springs, CA. Victoria Park is also known as Vista Norte. This highly sought after neighborhood is renowned for its classic residential Mid-Century Modern architecture. Located on the north end of the city. This eclectic neighborhood was mostly built between 1962 - 1978. Homes are well suited for indoor/outdoor living with large expanses of glass walls and fabulous views of the nearby mountains.
